I requested to cancel my subscription several times, but Gymnastic Method kept charging my card month after month. Emails were ignored, and no refund was issued. I finally had to block my card to stop the unauthorized billing.
This is not how a professional service should treat customers. Be very cautious before subscribing.
I was looking for hand strengthen exercises and I found a great exercises that gives me the desired results..

Gymnastics Method is one of the best teams for gymnastics you could expect. I have been training with them for about 6 months now. The process is seamless. The coaches are understanding. The journey they design holds you step by step until you develop every skill. Detailed exercises for joints are provided and important tips for developing each skill are provided which help you prevent injury and learn a skill faster. There is a step by step methodology for each skill and the coach is always available to guide you throughout your journey. Would highly recommend Gymnastics Method dor busy professionals who are interested in knowing more about the potential of their body movement or learn some calisthenics skills.
