I joined Fridays a little over two months ago and have a pretty good experience so far. Originally I would give 4 stars due to some mix-ups which took some time to resolve but the support had some lag. As soon as the lag ended I was receiving the support immediately with almost answering all my questions and resolving the concerns I had. I am impressed with the speed and care the support team takes. The PAs and MDs prescribing are wonderful to meet with as well.

My experience so far has been good no complaints. It has been easy to access the medication that I want and there’s no extra fees like most places I’ve came across so that is a plus.

I paid $600 for an overnight priority shipment and my meds never came and they keep saying they will check on it. They won’t refund me.

Online portal lacks critical info and links to help. AI chat is semi-useful. Product in general is overpriced compared to other companies. Instructions that came with product were clear but the plastic syringes I received were too short to even pull the product from the vial correctly. Caused lots of errors and under-dosing. I didn't receive a single email notifying me of my next shipment, that it shipped, that it charged me, etc. And the price went up significantly after using the first time coupon.

Prescribed the wrong dosage and then I had to contact them back and forth for almost two weeks and still never got a resolution. I’m having to contact my bank to get my money back. THIS IS SCAMMY through and through. Save the time and energy and go somewhere else.
