I love the fish and seafood I get from Larry's Catch. It's beautifully vacuum packed to keep it fresh. I look forward to my delivery each month. I get great communication about when to expect it, and my order is always right. I also really appreciate their recipes, they're simple and let the goodness of the seafood shine. I also love that it comes from small providers, and is caught sustainably. I tell all my friends how good it is!!

The product is very expensive for what it is. Some products are excellent (bacon wrapped scallops) and others are very poor (cod cakes — which are mostly potatoes). I’ve tried a wide sampling and ordered twice. I like the idea because seafood is hard to come by in our small town, but I wouldn’t order again.

I found Larrys Catch online while searching for seafood delivery. I don't regret it one bit. When I had questions I was contacted right away with helpful, personable answers. I have never had seafood taste so good (except when I visited the east coast!) Seafood purchased at the grocery store is totally sub par (like, aweful)in comparison. We had some Larry's Catch wild pickerel last night for the first time. It was simply coated with olive oil, dredged in cornmeal and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Pan fried to perfection. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed it. We use autoship and our box is delivered on time and frozen solid when it arrives (packed with dry ice) Quite amazing. We have no plans to cancel the autoship anytime soon. I love that I can switch up product or timing of shipments whenever I want. Of course you are going to pay more but the quality and convenience is totally worth it. I wish Larry Catch great success. I hope as they grow and expand that they won't compromise on their quality of product and personable and prompt customer service. May that be the foundation of your business!

Ordered and made an error, emailed and received a response and a correction within an hour. Order arrived today, as described, looks fabulous, proof will be in the fish pie I create tomorrow. Thank you LC and if it tastes as good as it looks I’ll be ordering regularly and telling all my friends.

I ordered the Sampler Bundle in December for a delayed January Delivery. I had a few questions after I ordered, and was surprised how quickly this Company responded, especially it being during the Christmas Week! My package arrived on my requested date, the Larry’s Catch Team sent me updates throughout. Everything in my box was well packaged, still very frozen, and exactly as advertised.

The follow-up, and suggested recipes are appreciated! Tonight I tried the Atlantic Haddock Filets, they tasted so fresh, almost like I was sitting in Digby NS, not Ontario! Looking forward to sampling the rest of the box throughout February!

We received a Christmas gift - a Solo Catch Seafood Box from Larry's Catch. Last week, we activated the QR code for the gift and three days ago we received our box. The box contained nine packages of various seafood - halibut, cod, shrimp etc - all from Canadian sources. We live in an apt building and we were concerned that we would not be home at the time of delivery (which was free) but we needn't have worried. The seafood was well packed in dry ice and even if we weren't home would have been ok for several hours. We tried the halibut last night - it was absolutely delicious. Our experience with Larry's Catch has been amazing from the time we ordered through to the eating stage. Their communications advising of the status of the order was excellent and the quality of the product amazing. And as I mentioned before, all of their seafood is sourced from Canada - in our case from BC, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. We would highly recommend Larry's Catch to enjoy yourself or to make someone else's day through a gift QR Code.

The lobster meat was nice and firm and tasty as one would expect.
The shrimp stuffing was a joke. Large pieces of bread mixed with shrimp mush.with an unrecognized spice.
Stick to seafood only.

By now I have received 2 monthly orders from Larry's Catch and I am very happy with the quality of the products, their communication and the service delivery. I also highly appreciate the variety of products (different types of fish, lobster, shrimp etc) in each order and learning about the people catching the items in my order. Now I'm off to trying some new (to me) products from my last order and will try the rock crab recipe from their website. Highly recommended for all the reasons mentioned earlier.

Wonderful to be able purchase locally sourced seafood and have it delivered to my door. The shipment came well packed and the seafood was super fresh and divine! Looking forward to our next shipment already!

I like the subscription box because it's good value - yes, they choose the exact items you get, but I've now had 4 boxes delivered and they have all had a wide variety of items in them (including scallops, my favourite, every time!). You get an email detailing the items in the box before it is shipped too, so you can add something else if you really want it. It's a great way to add more fish/seafood into our diet. And everything is really, rock-hard frozen when you get it so there's no worries about it having thawed.
