Time to talk to federal trade commission
No response to emails about your order, say they are shipped, you can track your order by using shop app, which what's access to your email. So they can track all your shopping online, give some access to your email, that's crazy to me, time to contact federal trade commission on this company

I wish I could put minus stars. This is not even a real company. No phone, no email, no online chat--not even a location (it's a fake, virtual location on their web) which is creepy. They stole 689.00 for CS6. It's just some guy(or girl) charging credit cards and laughing. oh except when I was having trouble entering my CC numbers, then suddenly online chat appears. then never again- STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these crooks. you will be sorry.

I ordered Adobe Photoshop CS6-Mac on September 20th, 2015. I never received the product and tried to contact the company but after an automated answer to leave a message or to "best go online and send a message" I got another message that my called was disconnected. After several emails but never heard back from this company. I should have checked them before I ordered. Consumer beware! These are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! American Express is investigating them for Fraud.
Never Received Product.
I had ordered Adobe Suite CS5. Never received the product. I tried to contact the company, there was just an automated recording to leave a message or to "best go online and send a message". Never heard back from this company. I send a few emails. I should have checked them before I ordered. Consumer beware! These are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Last chance buys... Never received item and got no response from phone calls or emails
I cannot get any responses from phone, email, or "live chat". My order never shipped and I don't know how to get refunded... Will never use this company again. 3 weeks later my order still says "shipping shortly" this company is a scam!
UNRESPONSIVE
I ordered Abode Acrobat X Pro on July 22, 2015. The order arrived promptly, but it was the wrong software. Using their Web-form for refunds & exchanges, I requested a refund. I received an email stating they would send a return label. After numerous emails and phone calls, I have received no response. I sent the software back at my expense and disputed the credit card charge. I would not recommend this company for internet sales.
As Expected
My assistant placed an order with Last Chance Buys on July 10, 2015 through Amazon. We got the tracking number yesterday and received the Adobe Acrobat about 2 hours ago. I just installed the software and it is working as expected. Thanks!
Non-existent Last Chance Buys
Unfortunately the experience with Last Chance Buys is not positive -- an order was placed online through the company for software on June 20, 2015. As of today the company has not responded to the email follow-up on the status and the phone number rings busy or an automated message plays. The status on the order remains as "shipping shortly" and there is no way to cancel the order.
I had a good experience
Before purchasing I saw some of these reviews and was hesitant to buy. However I saw good reviews too so I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. I placed an order for Adobe software early last week and received it today. Shipping could have been faster, but I am glad that I received it. I suspect some of the reviews may be fake, or I just got lucky haha
EXTREMELY POOR COMPANY
I ordered Adobe Acrobat XPro from them over two weeks ago, no disk, no return calls, no return emails. DO NOT BUY from these people.
Stay away! Horrible Company!
Purchased an iPhone 4s 64GB White for Verizon for almost $700. I received an iPhone 4s 8GB for AT&T. The phone came wrapped in bubble wrap with a white sticker on it saying it was a Verizon 64 GB phone. The company refuses to respond to any of my emails or faxes or phone calls. The phone number they have listed on their page is for a 3rd party company who no longer handles their support. I cannot find their business anywhere in the California Business Portal which leads me to believe that they are not registered to do any business in California. They have messed with the wrong person.
UPDATE: I filed a dispute with my credit card company under Claims and Defenses ( you have a one year deadline to do this vs. a billing dispute that only gives you 60 days, however you have to meet certain other criteria). I prevailed and my credit card company refunded me in full.
Last Chance Buys never responded to my credit card company nor did they ever respond to me about this. I am not surprised. Also, there website was closed for a while. Seems like they are back online now. Stay clear of this company. They will rob you blind. Their customer service is non-existent. They will call you consistently when you are making a purchase and take your money as fast as they can, but when it comes to an issue or problem with your merchandise they disappear as fast as they can.
I believe the company stole my $489.99
In September 2014 i had purchased a software program Photoshop for Mac from the website lastchancebuys.com. Two weeks later, after attempting to call and email the company to find out when i would receive the software, one email was sent indication it was just sent. I did receive it but it was for a PC, not an apple computer.
Since i have an apple computer, the software is useless to me. I tried contacting the company of the situation but no response. Last Chance Buys finally answered my email concerning the problem and told me to return the disc. I did by 2nd day USPS with signature confirmation and emailed the company with a link that shows the disc was signed for by them and that i would like a receipt.
After repeated calls and unanswered emails indicating i would like my payment of $489.99 refunded but with no response, i filed a dispute with Barclay MasterCard which was used to purchase the software.
On my Barclay statement of 11/24/14, the disputed charge of $489.99 was credited to my account but reapplied on the next statement because Last Chance Buys claimed the transaction was in person, which it was not.
I opened a 2nd dispute and sent Barclay 3 documents supporting my dispute: the receipt of the sale and a copy of the last correspondence by email with a link to the USPS website both indicating that the transaction was NOT in person and a copy of the page from the USPS website indicating the disc was received by them.
On February 10th, i received a letter from Barclay: "...merchant has since denied out request for credit based on the enclosed documentation refuting the disputed claim ...we are unable to further pursue credit on your behalf for this particular transaction because we were not provided with another qualified merchant's written opinion that the work performed by the above merchant was incomplete, unnecessary or of inferior quality."
Do not use this retailer! - should be negative stars...
Not sure if they will post this since they seem to be deleting their negative reviews, but here goes. I placed an order for CS6 almost 2 weeks ago, and received notice that it would be "shipping shortly" immediately afterwards. After a week of dead silence and no change in "my account" status, I tried calling customer service, leaving messages for the shipping department, and emailing as directed, but got no where. I have tried again several times this week, still getting no where. I did eventually get a live (albeit rude) person who directed me to their tech support person for Adobe products (option 3 which seems odd for shipping question), who was helpful enough, but still could not tell me when I might receive my purchase, or much of anything other than someone would call me within 24hr to answer my question. Still nothing! After seeing the few negative reviews that remain on this site with the same issue, I canceled my credit card to prevent this purchase from going through. A pain, but at least I am not out any money from this non legitimate business!
Fast Refund!!
On October 16th I ordered Adobe InDesign CS6 from Last Chance Buys. Three days later I found out that the computers at my school computer lab have this software installed. I e-mailed Last Chance Buys and told me them I'd like to cancel the order since it was available on campus. They already sent my order.. so as soon as I received it I sent it back. I checked my bank account 3 days after it arrived and saw the refund had already been processed back into my account.
Products paid for are not delivered. Stay away!
I have been charged for a product I ordered 4 weeks ago but have not yet received - and doubt I will ever receive at this point. Their customer service is non-existent: they do not respond to any form of communication (email, online messages, phone). I have never left a bad review for a company before - and I even filed a BBB complaint about them, again for the first time. I would recommend to everybody to stay away and never order anything from Last Chance Buys.
This company doesn't sound legit
I am concerned that I submitted my credit card info to this company. Haven't received my order, cannot talk to anyone (the live-person answering service will only take a message) and their physical address is a virtual location at 8484 wilshire blvd ste 515, Beverly Hills, ca. If you call coast2coast accounting, which is the company that google lists for this address, 310-247-2280, they say that this is a virtual location, similar to UPS, where Last Chance Buys picks up their mail. I have a very bad feeling about these guys...
