This is a total scam product - it’s cheap plastic not leather - does NIT hold what it says- 1st use inside zipper for garments broke- I left for flight next day - had to use the bag- carryon with the ‘trolley’ is a joke- cheap does not stand on its own with the bag - AND when I took it from overhead the HABDLE ripped right off bag - not sewn GLUED! when I reached out to RETURN this scam product- was told I NEEDED to ship back to CHINA at my expense - they offered a bs 20% discount to keep it. ANOTHER SCAM PRODUCT FROM FB RUN from this- it is a crap bag- and I was suckered for over $200! Don’t buy this

I am very happy with the bags I purchased. They are well made and much larger than I imagined. The whole process was very simple. The only negative thing I have to say is I haven't received all the items from my purchase and haven't received any notice of when it should be sent to me.

Got my bag (delivered a day late) I ordered one with the wheel attachment. I zipped it up fine but cannot get the top snapped on either side.
I haven't traveled much so hopefully it will hold up.

The material feels cheap. I pack light, and I could barely get this bag zipped for a three day trip. When the bag was zipped it did not look elegant as in the ad. The bag looked like a weird sausage. I would definitely not buy again.

I was a little worried it wouldn’t actually fit as a carry-on item because it looked so big once it was packed but it did without any issues, even with the detachable wheels on too! This bag is seriously amazing & I won’t have to check a bag again!! The only thing I wish was different is the detachable wheels to be more sturdy & keep the bag upright…BUT, I just leaned it against something & I’d take that any day versus not having wheels at all.

The bag looks so classy and packs well. I am getting ready for a cruise and will test its capacity. It came quickly and was well packaged.

I really like that it's color and I can get so much into it one bag and I can carry it on the plane with me

Received luggage in a bag that had been damaged badly during transportation, the enclosed luggage had a small hole. I contacted customer service and they replaced the damaged luggage within a few days!
I’m also very happy with the items I purchased.

Customer service was very responsive and awesome!

I ordered 3 of these bags, when I opened and packed the black bag I could not zip the zipper because the teeth were crooked and bent and the zipper wouldn't go up. The second bag as soon as I zipped it it split and wouldn't go back together. I contacted them immediately and th3y offered a 15 percent refund and when I said it was unacceptable they then ignored me. Looks like I will have to contact my bank and hope they will refund my payment. I do not recommend this bag at all not for the price they're asking!

I know the all black bags are new. I had wanted the charcoal bag but when I wanted the black one I thought that I would like that one. So o ordered the charcoal one. Then I called the company for some reason and I must have mentioned I saw the black one but wasn’t able to order it. Then when my bag came in the mail, it was the all black one. What a great surprise!

So far it seems like a good bag, mine didn't come with the wheel attachment thar was shown. I've corresponded with the company a few times over email always with a quick reply. So far I'm not sure if the zippers will hold up long term but we'll see. I'm sure the wheel issue will be resolved soon.

Buyer beware! I ordered 2 black bags. I never received them but got email saying my package was delivered. Customer Service is none existent! I was told to call the shipping company because it was no longer their problem. I'm still being shuffled between Luhxe & the shipping company looking for a refund for a product I didn't receive. I would NEVER recommend Luhxe to anyone after this experience. They don't care about their customers but they sure love your money.

Great bag it does what they say. You can pack for a week. Bought one for my daughter who has a baby and she packed for both of them for a week...would recommend it to everyone

The bag is amazing and fits everything I need.
