If only I had read all the negative reviews before I purchased!
They portray as a mother daughter kind of business, couldn’t be further from the truth! Based in China the products are really very poor wuality. When you try and return it costs £15 , they say they will send replacement of course it never comes and they stop answering e mails as well. Do not bother buying from them, my dispute has been going on since October 25 no result!!

The raincoat was supposed to be waterproof - rubbish! A total scam. Inferior quality. Customer service says they'll take off approx £30 for return costs! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A RETAILER.

All a complete scam. Quality of the items I received were dreadful. I ended up going through my bank (Lloyds ) they have been brilliant all the way and guided me and now the company has been issued a chargeback and my case is closed. I received my money back from the bank. It has taken around 5 months but I advise everyone to do this so that these dreadful companies begin to lose money.

Ordered a sweater which was awful quality. They said they would send me a replacement - to date nothing received. They said they would refund - to date nothing.

Dear shopper, if you got to see these reviews after purchasing from this company then sincere commiserations. My wife had the same exprience you are having. If on the otherhand you got to see these reviews BEFORE you purchased, then what can I say!
My wife experienced all of the complaints that others have had. We were forced to attempt a chargeback from the credit card company as our purchase was over £100.

Definitely a scam. Do not order from them. Ordered a knitted cardigan which arrived weeks later as a horrid flat material garment that was not at all what I’d ordered. On emailing the company they did respond promptly and offered a small refund, which increased every time I refused and then included a discount voucher off their site also. I refused all offers and insisted on a full refund to be told I’d have to return the item to China ( approx £25) at my own expense . Af this point I raised a dispute through PayPal . Shortly before the time limit for the company to respond they emailed offering 50% refund and 100% discount voucher, but that they could only process this once I’d cancelled my dispute through PayPal. Ignored this and got my money back from PayPal .

Absolute scam company. I ordered in August. Items not as described. Went through credit card and they said take photos of items and also on web site. Email them and give the opportunity to collect items. C Card company put the money back in my account. They gave them 30 days to respond and they did saying that they had despatched items and disputed charge back. I then had to prove to Credit Card company emails and photos of the items that they were of poor quality, not as advertised. They agreed with me so I did get my money back. Must always try this so they do not get your hard earned money. Send email saying they are not as advertised, poor quality and you want a refund and its key that you say they are available for them to arrange collection. You will get the emails saying you can have 10% off another order etc. Stick to your guns and keep all emails.

Ordered coat in September which eventually turned up late October. Very poor quality and not very well made so asked for a refund which they refused to give me. They did say they would send a replacement which I didn’t really want I just wanted a refund. I have still not received this. I have also emailed several times asking for a refund which they refuse to give me.

Order placed, nothing happened.
Kept chasing but no sign of garment.
Have asked for a refund but I doubt they will give it. I will have to claim of my credit card.

This is a SCAM company - why do they have finance agreements with banks and credit card companies? Perhaps the Financial Ombudsman needs to be aware.

The items do not look like shown on the website and they are not based in the uk but in china making returns costly. They offer you to keep the item with 10% discount.Kerp clear of them

Placed an order, had an order confirmation and then weeks down the line no sign of the order, made contact with them and heard nothing back, contacted again and nothing. Now they seemed to of vanished. Got my refund through PayPal

I usually do my research but got caught this time - saw a beautiful jumper, lovely patterns, described as 'Fana - vibrant and colourful turtle neck sweater' - it arrived (about 2-3 weeks after I'd ordered it) - it was atrocious, not knitted at all as it looked in the picture - just a nasty synthetic jumper. I asked for a refund - and received this reply:

I would write -10 if it was an option. After all the many, many, emails offering various discounts and offers I finally demanded a full refund. The coat is very small and the dress feels like it should be a dog blanket. All from a compamy purporting to be a wonderful UK compamy. It is complete misrepresentation . They agreed an amount to refund me and have not paid and no longer answer emails. Quite clearly a bunch of scammers and con artists. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!

Absolute scandal - delivery was very slow, I suspect it came from China whereas their website implies in a nice small local business. Poor quality and after less than 2 months of use the zip broke. Despite my legal rights as a consumer this company are point-blank refusing to assist in either replacing or refunding due to their “30 day return policy“. Do not buy from this organisation you will be disappointed.

Do not buy from this company - products arrive looking nothing like the pictures. Credit card company has confirmed scam website and no refunds unless you spend even more more money with them.

100% scam, the customer service was fast in responding but that is the only decent comment i could make. Company comes up in Chinese when payment goes through, not based in UK as stated.
They also admit that their £50 jacket isn't waterproof as described, its water resistant. Totally mis-selling a cheap product claiming it's something it's not. They then agree to a total refund but you must return product to China if you don't accept money off other products (as if you'd ever go with that option)... approx £40 costs to send back to China including customs clearance. For some reason sending to head office in London wasnt feasible. Utterly ridiculous and clearly how they make their money, not providing goods but just after your money all along.
Their returns policy is filled with errors and nothing that they will then stand by when clearly at fault.
2 months on from sale to come to this stupid agreement of returning.
Lesson learnt to always check any online company by looking for reviews.

Further to my previous review of this Company about the poor quality, and size, I tried to return the item...however the company refuse to pay postage, and would have cost £27 I decided to pursue through my credit card. After 6 weeks I have today been told the company continue to dispute anything wrong with the item!!! I have produced the evidence the bank want. But how disgraceful are they. Chancers/scammers.
I even advised them the goods were available for collection, and they still are.
I hope the bank read these reviews

Do Not Order from this company makes out it is a British brand & works from Bristol but are Chinese ! False advertisement but you cannot return to china as fee & import customs tax have to be paid as I have returned it & got no money back !
The clothes could be made by a 5 yr old child & be better !
I am going to the trading standards & ombudsman of retail as they have many sites with different names but unless you return then find out that it has to be sent back to china so they say will cost you more & offer you 50% of next purchase !
As if you would spend more they are making money on shoddy clothing & know it will not be refunded!
Let’s shut this site down …

I ordered a coat from Mabel and Daisy which arrived two weeks after I placed the order. Five weeks later the pocket has now ripped and I have been told that I am outside the 30 day window for a refund or replacement. I have asked for the issue to be raised with management. Terrible quality and useless customer service.
