I contacted support with all of the information I had, and pointed out that as it was a gift, I did not have an order number. Other than the automated response I heard nothing for 4 weeks, then a request for the order number. I again pointed out it was a gift. A week later another request for an order number.

After seeing his T-800, my friend suggested Mostarle, and I'm glad I did because the metal thickness is excellent.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service experience here has been extremely frustrating.

I contacted the company within the stated return period to request a return, so I have followed the correct process and acted within the allowed timeframe. However, despite sending my request in time, I have received nothing but automated responses saying they are busy and that someone will get back to me “soon”. No actual support, no return instructions, and no meaningful communication.

It should not be this difficult to exercise basic consumer rights. Delaying responses while the return window passes feels unfair and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to get a simple return processed.

The product itself may be inexpensive, but that should not mean customer service standards are poor. At the moment, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared for minimal aftersales support.

I hope the company improves its communication and handles legitimate customer requests more responsibly going forward.
