Very comprehensive process in setting up the sale, with clear & explicit instructions for photos, etc. Unlike other similar providers (CarWow) the reserve price was met and the sale concluded within a day. I could not recommend more highly.

After the sale, the collection process was straightforward. My driver was delayed, but communication was great so it was easy to meet him at his drop off before me, and that way we made certain everything was done in time for the full selling price to be transferred from the dealer.

Received an estimated price with a need to upload images of the car by close of play on the 9th February. Given the wet weather and need to take a wide selection of images on their app which wasn’t made clear until clicking on the link, it was completed on 11 February. Once all images and information was provided and directed to call a number to discuss, the price reduced by almost £2,500!
It seems to me they provide a price that gets a persons attention knowing that the time and effort required to provide all information you will be interested in the lower price.
I will never use Motorway again.

Despite an understandably thorough examination of the car and its mechanical history, selling my vehicle through Motorway couldn’t have been more straight forward. Delighted with the service which included transparent and regular communication. Couldn’t fault it - yet I docked one star because of the time it took to upload all of the pictures, and it was raining!

First time user of ‘Motorway’ for selling my car. Process relatively straightforward and clear instructions given in order to list vehicle. Customer Service Team Advisors were always available (or would call back within a short period of time). They were very approachable, friendly and always answered any questions that I had. Original auction price was substantially more than the dealer’s actual purchasing price, however this was still more than a local dealer offered. Overall experience was positive.

This is the second car I’ve sold through Motorway. They have the best rates, staff are courteous and helpful and listing the car is easy. I would use again and definitely recommend. They take the headaches out of selling.
