Great Customer Service!
I had been looking at Royaura shirts and told my wife that I wanted them, but I did not get them for Christmas. So, I went ahead and placed an order myself, and then I found out my wife had placed an order, but they had not yet arrived.
I contacted Cathy at Royaura; she took care of the duplicates and removed them from my second order. Great Customer Service!
I received my wife’s order, and all the shirts well fit and looked great. When I received the second order, I found that one style, (3 shirts, different colors), appeared to be incorrectly sized as they would not come close to fitting. I contacted Cathy and she was able to get management's approval for a refund for the 3 shirts. Again, Great Customer Service!

Great questions. I have made 5 purchases over 3 years. The shirts are exactly what I like. They do for me what I expect in great shirts. Then there's, Cathy, I believe she made 2 separate purchases for me. And gave me discounts on future orders. We had a few conversations in general , I like Cathy. She's awesome

I ordered 4 shirts on January 8th, shortly after I submitted the order I noticed I put the wrong address. I was in a panic because I got them for a cruise I’m going on in February. I noticed there was a chat and right away Cathy joined in and within minutes she corrected the address. I had standard shipping but I received the shirts in less than 2 weeks! Cathy followed up with me and she has been outstanding. I love the shirts and can’t wait to wear them on my cruise!

Kathy was consultant. She demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of style, quality, fit, and clothing inventory..She was consistently able to get to know me and anticipate my needs and wants and help me make my clothing selections. She was readily available and able to address my questions. I was very happy with her service. Great quality merchandise and a good price.

I have ordered shirts from this company before. They pull orders from different vendors around the world. They do not custom make anything, it takes nearly a month to receive any of their shirts. I just received my last shirt I will order from this company. It arrived with a clear defect and obvious misspelling. I immediately tried to contact "customer service ". After several attempts, some bot finally reached out to me. After another week, and after not hearing back from a "representative " who was checking with the warehouse on a possible misspelling, they claim that it was designed that way. I sent them pics of the obvious misspelled word, and they still insisted on it not being misspelled. After several days of back and forth, I was offered a
20% discount, but never a full refund. Finally, after a month, they decide I could receive a full refund after they inspect it and after I pay for shipping. Who does that?! Complete joke of a company with no customer service. Do not waste your time or money. I wish I could add a photo to this review. I am a real person, not a bot.

Unfortunately my experience with Royaura has not been good! Overall the website is not customer focused it’s only sales focused not much real information on product & practically none on delivery! Placed two orders the pullover was way too tight at waist to even fit over my shoulders after asking site, if the sizes were true to size on product! On the return request it would net me half of what I paid therefore I took 40% of cost credits option & kept items! However my second try was saved by Cathy,Customer Services, after trying to get the items I wanted could not get the checkout completed! Contacted CS. & Cathy took me through the order process DHDD00420199! She was unbelievably helpful! My problem is that order was over 3 weeks delivery & product tracking took directly from web to Chinese company which is fine usually but this is lower quality product that I doubt will last! I’ll need to wash all before use! I really wish this company luck because of all the creative wear but they need to step up like Cathy did for me & help customers appreciate what they need a reliable service!
