What an amazing Compnay to deal with - I had lost my email conformation and didn’t know how to track my delivery: they were right in the case to help me and to my surprise actually came home to my delivery arriving early. Great service product and will most defo shop here again.

Avoid. Buy directly from.uggs and you get a proper 30 days return or exchange policy. These vipers take your money and even one day out of their measly 14 days return policy they won't even allow an exchange. Avoid.

I bought a pair of mini Ugg boots from The Vault U.K. as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The boots were a lot cheaper than everywhere else I’d looked, and they took a bit long than expected to arrive, but they were coming all the from Australia. Unfortunately, after wearing the boots for the first time the stitching came away from the side on one of them so I had to email the Vault UK to ask for help. They replied straight away and contacted Ugg for us as they come with a 1 year warranty. After about 10 days I contacted them again to ask for an update and they offered us a replacement pair of boots even before Ugg had replied. They’ve been amazing. Their customer service is well deserving of the 5 star review that I’ve given them. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from The Vault U.K. again

I found Ugg slippers for a great price and ordered them for my granddaughter’s birthday. However, after I ordered them she told me that she actually wanted a different colour. Despite it being the weekend I contacted the Vault on their chat and less than 24 hours later I received a full refund and my order was cancelled. I really rate their customer service and will definitely use them in the future and recommend this company to friends and family. It’s rare these days to get the help needed and with such pleasant people.

Ordered some Uggs as they were the only shop that had them in stock in my size and at a really good price. I was a bit worried as they were coming from Australia but they were dispatched super quick and arrived within a week. Would definitely shop at The Vault again and its nice to support a small business

Buying from the vault was a smooth hassle free process from start to finish. They even changed my order before it was processed because I ordered the wrong colour. As for the uggs they are absolutely stunning. Beautiful colour and so comfortable. Highly recommend. A+++++

If I could put 0 stars i would. This place is ridiculous, they will take your money and ignore all messages asking for updates. It has been over 4 weeks and I am still waiting on over £400 worth of items. The place is an absolute SCAM.

Everywhere was out of stock for the Uggs I wanted. The vault had them come in stock I didn’t realise they would be imported from Australia until after I’d ordered. I therefore never thought they’d arrive on time. They arrived 24th o only ordered 18th December I was blown away. Thank you The Vault

My experience with TheVault was absolutely spot on. From start to finish, being assured they would do everything possible to get my order to me before Christmas was amazing. Well worth a try for new customers and I would highly recommend.

Genuine products at a good price, but the returns process is ridiculous. Despite "UK" being in the title, you have to pay for shipping/tracking yourself and then they take 10% off your refund for their own shipping costs anyway? They often have slightly cheaper uggs, trainers etc but in my opinion it's worth paying the extra tenner for a company that is ACTUALLY based in the UK and has a better returns process
