Even though I experienced an issue with the battery on my eBike, the customer service team was outstanding. They responded to my emails quickly, provided clear step-by-step instructions to help me diagnose that the problem was the battery, and were professional throughout the process. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and stand behind their product.

I purchased two TST E Bikes. After about 15 miles, one of them stopped turning on. After replacing a few wires and some other things, we finally got a new display and that fixed the bike. The support team was very responsive to fix this issue. Thx,

Got my tst e-bike back in January it’s perfect for what I need gym, work, etc. I lost a screw for the back fender so I called customer service and they sent me a new part.

The bike is all they claim it is. Mine came with a bad button on the module. They had me do a video and they sent me a new one at no charge. Now im up and running. Well built machine too.

The R002 itself is fantastic. It's extremely sturdy and well made. It’s super easy to ride. I have ridden it on local shopping trips and longer bike trail rides. I am delighted with my purchase.

The bike shipped with a broken battery and other defective parts. I'm pretty sure they're using refurbished parts claiming they're new. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Don't even think about getting somebody on the phone because it's not going to happen. And once we started asking about replacement parts they immediately stopped responding to our emails. Do not buy from this company.

My uncle crashed my r002 had to get some parts. Thay helped me with all the parts I needed. Love this co.. great response and comuniton. I got 2 r002s and my son loves it. Very strong bike. He rides it supper hard.

I'm not looking for anything crazy fancy or expensive. So I got one tst which is perfect for me at this price range.

So good, so far. I ride both street and dirt but more dirt, more fun and interesting when off on the beaten path.

We love them- the quality is great and we are really enjoying them. It took my husband about 1 hour to put them together - They are cool ! Great sporty look and love the fat tires .

The TST R002 e-bike is very fun! The product came within a week and arrived undamaged. Putting it together was very simple and easy. I have ridden it for well over 400 miles now and is still preforming great!
