I've had no problems with sakertool
I've had no problems with sakertool. Every product purchased arrived and in good packaging. Also my partner loves the products due to good quality and reasonably priced.

Warning: Customer services unresponsive upon refund request
I purchased a pressurised steam cleaner sold as a Sakertool product. The item I received was completely unbranded, came in a plain white box, and included a generic user manual with no manufacturer name, model number, compliance markings, or importer details.
This raised immediate concerns, especially as this is a pressurised electrical appliance. I contacted customer service to request a return and full refund, clearly explaining my concerns. Despite responding initially, the company has not replied to my refund request and has stopped communicating.
At this point, I am concerned about:
• Product authenticity
• Safety and regulatory compliance
• Lack of transparent customer support
I am leaving this review to document my experience and to encourage Sakertool to resolve this matter promptly by confirming the return process and issuing a full refund.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Faulty product and no ability to return

Please do not buy from this underhand…
Please do not buy from this underhand money grabbing company. I paid £61 for what was supposed to be a CarPlay system. What arrived was a previously used lightweight piece of plastic that had a gouge across the screen. The graphics look like it was built in the 1970’s!!! I should have known better than to order from them but their advertising was crooked as well. Avoid these robbers at all costs!!!! I will be using PayPal to try to get a refund as they are ignoring my emails of complaint.

I bought a ' sconce ' to try it out. It is the most effective, multi option light I have found after a long search online. It took a while to arrive, but I could track it all the way. It is also multifunctional and creates the most welcoming lighting effect in my flat. Subsequently, I ordered another 3 and I now await delivery of another 2. I've run out of places to use them now [unless I think of anywhere else ]!
