I’m updating my review to five stars (previously three stars due to issues with taking too long for refunds). Think the company takes feedback very seriously which is positive.
All the products I’ve purchased so far this year have exceeded my expectations in terms of condition and quality. Appreciate the transparency. I sometimes request to cancel my order after I’ve purchased (due to change of mind or not reading the description carefully) and they have always honored this request. I’m sure it is tiresome on their end but they handle it with professionalism.

Great Authentic Bags!
I’ve purchased multiple items from Yoogis and I’m always happy with the quality and authenticity! I also once paid for overnight shipping and their customer service is to great that they refunded me the shipping fee and said it would be there overnight without the upcharge! No other company would do that.
