I even sent them video proof showing every account, timestamped. They ignored the facts and came back with canned copy-paste replies like bots.

When I followed up, they pulled the classic “access is no longer possible” excuse and claimed they couldn’t help me because some accounts were already in use by someone else. No solution, no refund, no actual customer service. Just denial and deflection.

This isn’t a one-off. Just read their Trustpilot reviews. Same pattern: lie about what they sell, blame the customer, then ghost them or shut down the ticket.

This joker reads messages on LinkedIn from a fake profile but can't be bothered to reply. Real professional, right?

It's crystal clear these clowns have packed up and left town, abandoning their clients like yesterday's trash. We're all left in the dark, holding the bag.

It's beyond infuriating. It's a slap in the face to every customer who put their trust in this joke of a company. And let me tell you, I'm steaming.

To everyone who, like me, left glowing reviews - wake up and smell the betrayal. Get back here and set the record straight.

And to anyone even thinking about using this service - run. Run fast and run far. This ship isn't just sinking, it's already at the bottom of the ocean.

Pathetic doesn't even begin to cover it. Stay away if you value your sanity and your business.

This is a scam. They take your money and then you don’t get access to your account. Any attempt at getting support from them results in them just further sending you from pillar to post and then eventually they ignore you. There is a reason they have 1 star ratings on Google Play and Apple Apps. Will be opening a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Stay away from this scamming company!!!

So 18 days ago, I ordered my 450LB Stackable Resistance Band Set. Customs stopped it, checked and due to the low amount declared by HomeProGym, I am unable to now receive my package. I find this beyond frustrating as this is due to no fault of my own and now I am both waiting for the parcel longer than expected AND the worst part is that now I am being penalized by customs because HOMEPROGYM declared a lower value. Support is not getting back to me either. No support on email. No support on Facebook. No support on Instagram. Absolutely shocking experience so far. Order No. #45136. Ticket #2500.

This has to be the worst Crypto Exchange service online. It feels like a website designed for 1998, which is still fine. However when you get charged $15 to transfer $50, that's when you have to draw the line. Their fees are higher than the crackhead waiting for his next shot. There are WAY better ways of doing crypto exchanges.

Kinesis used to be great...until they removed their Debit card option. That and the apparent yields you gain from people who sign up through you. That's also nonsense. Never happened. Haven't seen dime. Lots of talk and promises, very little results. Better platforms out there.

UPDATE: Their generic reply is a lie. You cannot transfer funds as a South African.

Blockcard is a scam. After depositing your BTC, you never get the funds in your account. When you contact support they just tell you that they sent it to technical and then ignored all your subsequent emails. Absolutely scam of a company that you MUST stay away from!!

Absolutely the worst company in existence. Bought merchandise from them, never shipped. Just got a mail telling me, sorry it can't be shipped. No offer of a refund or anything. No replies to emails. No replies to PayPal disputes. Absolutely stay away from this company, else you'll lose your money.
