Just make sure you have permission to use their work, assets, likenesses, ect. I don't *think* they would mind. (we actually asked them for permission to use some of their property in our game as Easter Eggs, but couldn't implement due to time).
It'll get harder if you end up making money directly from the game though, just a heads up. Good luck!
