I would love to buy, but my PayPal doesn't work. Would it be right if I download this pack and reverse engineer it, and learn more about shaders and rendering?
By all means, this is very much a legacy product that's free for a reason - I haven't used GMS in years so I can't really provide any support. The package itself contains the shader separately in a plaintext format for this exact reason.
