I’m a solo game dev who has too much time to spend. I mostly good at making games which I specialize in art and game feel. But am worst at making music. For this jam I felt I should work with a composer. But also what I mainly joined this jam for was just to find a composer for my next game which will be my biggest. Good game, It took me 2 tries. Had moments of me tiptoeing through the halls cause I only had one health. Although I didn't understand the melee in this game, I only ran out of ammo a few times. Am Thankful I found this game cause I make Atari inspired horror games myself. Although saying mine are Atari is a bit of a stretch considering yours. So good game had fun 7.5/10.
I'm in need of a composer. I'm good at designing, programming, and art. mostly good at art. But I have no idea how to make music. Sorry I completely forgot about this jam. I did need a composer but not for this jam. I joined the themed horror jam. If you want you can work with me on the other jam. but if not sorry I guess. Also, sorry for not replying sooner I was having a graduation/ fathers day party.
WAIT nooooo the name for the game it lurks below. I had a whole trilogy of pixel art horror games planed. It was gonna be the void above which I already made the betweens still working on that name and it lurks below.
I really like low poly games, but to actual make it stand out u gotta find some way to add some style into it. Although I do believe because the majority uses low poly in horror it's best not go with it. But I can't be talking I only work with 2d pixel art. Bouta make some atari style horror game for this jam.
U do know that there can only be browser games, but to give credit where credit is due currently your the only developer that has pixel art in his game, kinda crazy.
I had more planned for it that really would have been chaos but its ok, Also, I barely put any effort into the sprites and added a few vhs filters. The thing that makes it look good is the lights and shadows. I believe u can do something like this.
ammonition is crazy, but I'm js playin. Never heard of that game, I was trying to go for more of a Faith the unholy trinity and dead space mix of a game.
