Oh my, what an update!!
Really enjoyed the way the story was told in the action portion, being in a comic style and paneling as things happens. The story really doubled down on the severity of the situation, not that it is bad thing, it really drives the point of being a changing moment for Adrian(MC) and us to realize in what he really got himself into. I fell like the art was especially well done in this segment too, can't really say what in it gave me this felling though.
Overall congrats to team, really hope things continue going this well for future updates

As a first contact to that kind of situation I don't see his reaction as detrimental to the story.
He never had contact with this violent part of this world and shock is a pretty reasonable reaction to witnessing the coldblooded killing necessary to survive in that situation. Not speaking of the moral implications of killing the lions that seem to be more on the side of oppressed them that of the oppressor, trying to do best to go by in a society that only tolerates them, from what we could see so far of the party at least.
He may not have done much in this instance but it was his first mission, he more likely than not will be forced to be more active in future confrontations, aside from thinking on what he wants to do given everything he went through.
Just finished the available routes and really liked it so far, although neither Chester nor Derrill are my favorite of the bunch, even being positively surprised by Derrill's route. I think the storytelling is really good and how you can see the missing pieces of the overall story on other routes is great. Can't wait for Pat's and Cliffs routes to pop up, even if it will take a long time, so long it keep this quality the wait is worth it. Good job to all members involved, your hard work really shows
Not sure if these count as typos, but on the update on Darrell's day 7 when we finish clearing the Chronicle's store front, Dave's spoken line doesn't include the "all" that's written in "... café's all empty, and all the merch is back..." and Hayley still pushes Vin to "the other side of the tub" when he suggests her to take her top off, even though they are in the shallow side of the pool now. Didn't noticed anything else
