Qiu Lin is going to cause my MC to have like 5 million panic attacks I SWEAR. They truly are the most unique person I've ever met and for that I am deeply in love with them.

I managed to play through the update finally (with X first, I've got a weak spot for them I fear) and I must say... The ending of chapter 14 left me speechless. There is a distinct sense of dread I'm feeling that I really can't describe in full, and I can only assume it will increase as we progress deeper into the mountains. Great work once again <3

So, I'm currently still playing the demo, but I just wanted to say I love all the updates we've gotten!! <3 The art is so pretty, too; I never noticed how grabbable Envy's waist was until now... They're so pretty and it is NOT fair. Also, Gael looks so elegant and princely, I had to take a minute while playing to just.. Admire him. He is so breathtaking and charming and HWKSHFJsjwhf (dies)

I love all of the voice actors too, they're AMAZING! Usually I don't like the voices for visual novels because the voice actors never match the characters, but that is not a problem for this VN at all. Every VA is perfect for the character they're voice acting (especially MC's Mama, Xal, and Amon)!! Kudos to all the talented voice actors in this VN, you guys are wonderful.

OKAYY I could literally go on and on about this VN, but then I'd be here for like 5 years so!! A+ game, beautiful art, voice acting is spot on, writing is phenomenal and the story is engaging. Great work!!

Okay, now that I have sufficiently calmed down from playing through this update earlier, can I just say WOW!!!!

I loved it. There was so much action, tension, shock, and so many surprises!!! TELLUS! MY BELOVED!!! WE FOUND HIM AGAIN! AAA!!!!!

I did not play through any other romances until this update because in my head I just couldn't... I'm a sucker for the childhood friends trope, it gets me every time... But I finally caved for this update, and I was not disappointed at all.  I want to ramble so much but I'll try to be short!! Bayram's straightforwardness is really refreshing, I love the tension we've got going on with Dirk– er, Vicente, Calli is really sweet and I'm glad we get to be here to support her, and Corinne is so considerate and respectful of us, she might be my favorite character overall.

I'm super excited for chapter 5, especially given how heavy of a note this chapter ended on. I want to nurse mama Thaleia back to health so bad 😭 seeing any of our family in pain is just too much for me (though I think that just speaks to how immersive your writing is, Fir)!!! Thank you for all your hard work and for sharing such wonderful writing with us <3

Chapter 4 had me on the verge of tears. It's too good. All I feel is pain </3

1000/10 so far!! The story is very interesting and the way the MC can respond to certain things feels insanely realistic (as in, I could see myself actually reacting the way they do in the situations they're put in!!)

Maz is very cute. Way too cute. They are not good for my heart at all but I absolutely adore them already. I can't wait to see what happens in the next update :D

Ohhh I see!!! Well I am very eager to see how Nathan and the MC's relationship progresses either way, he is a wonderful character <3<3

1. Gonna punch every person in Zahn's cult square in the nose because they are my sweet baby and I love them

2. I trust way too easily, and I am going to cry.

3. I love Nathan so much, he's genuinely such a treat to speak to and I cannot wait to see him again (have seen some comments say he is aromantic, and if so, WE'RE TWINNING YAYA)

4. Da and Papa make everything worth it, I love them so dearly. I want to cry every time they interact with the MC

5. Oswin Twinflower deserves to be protected at all costs

And lastly, 6. If anything happens to ANY of our friends/family, I am going to genuinely explode into 5 billion pieces

Ohmannn I've replayed this game so many times already, I have so much to say but I'd be here for hours if I said it all lol. The art is so lovely and probably one of my favorite parts of the game (alongside the phenomenal writing). I just played chapter 6 for Mori and his whole speech (ramble?) on the billboard made me cry a little. I definitely needed a reminder that not EVERYTHING in the world is out to get me, especially right now.

All of the characters are wonderful and complex in their own ways, I'm not even sure I could pick a favorite if I wanted to. However most of my thoughts are occupied by Kazu right now LOL. I want to climb that man like a tree and never let go. He is the best guard dog ever and he is very handsome <3<3 even if a route for him isn't likely, I sincerely hope we get to see more of him in Mori's route.

Oh my god!! Please don't worry about updates, especially if there is something so terrifying as a war going on where your loved ones are :( please be safe all Iranians (and everyone who is being devastated by war right now), I love you <3 we can wait for however long it takes for updates, so don't worry too much about us. Right now, your family is way more important!

To anyone coming back here concerned that this has been abandoned: the author posted 2 days ago on speaker's Tumblr :) it was just a little confirmation that they are alive though. I just wanted to let y'all know they're still around <3

I am so sorry. As a consumer, I am so tired of this already, so I can't imagine how much it must be hitting you and other creators too. And as a writer, I'm quite frankly devastated. So much creative control is being stripped away from game developers because of payment processors, and it's like itch.io does not care at all.

Despite this, I really must beg of you to not give up on this game. If itch.io keeps being too harsh, then I'm sure there must be other places to host this game! We will all find a way to keep going, so don't back down yet, please. We can't give in, no matter what.

And everyone, keep emailing and calling Visa, Mastercard, and especially Stripe to voice your disapproval!  We are adults who can do what we choose with our money, they have no right to take that from us.

Everyone needs to keep the pressure on all of itch.io's payment processors by sending in phone calls and emails daily so they know that we refuse to accept this. Payment processors have no right to tell us how we can spend OUR money! Not only has adult content been affected, sfw queer content has also been targeted. KEEP FIGHTING!!! They'll keep moving the goal posts if we just roll over and do nothing now, and we absolutely cannot let that happen.

I think everyone knows exactly who was being targeted with this rule being forced onto itchio. I have my own issues with how itch is handling this situation, but at the end of the day Collective Shout as well as the payment processors involved are 100% where we should focus our attention on at the moment. Keep those emails and phone calls going to visa, mastercard, and stripe! They want to push us around, then we ALL need to push harder for queer and 18+ content as a whole.

Slime is a human being who works so hard to make beautiful art and stories for us to enjoy, and all they get in return are entitled liars spreading misinformation with no basis?? And then random people dogpiling on them with zero proof?
