Thank you for your feedback! We've had a lot of fun making the game, but with such a short duration, it's challenging to ensure everything works as it should. That being said, if people like the game, perhaps we can update it after the jam!

Ngl I like this one, but I have a grudge, I think that it would make the game a lot more interesting if instead of adding to the level at the end of the previous part, it somehow altered the part we already played to make it harder, that way the player isn't forced to play with the same parts over and over again just to get to the new stuff. Other than that, it's awesome, especially for a first game jam entry!
Good job!
9/10 ^^
The sheer amount of content in this game is insane, the story is well-crafted, and it really makes you feel like a detective looking through files. It kinda reminds me of games like Simulacra.
My only complaint is that the UI is fairly confusing, and I was slightly stuck at that part, other than that awesome game.
8.5/10 ^^
Holy, what a good game that was!
This is what I mean when I tell people to make simple but fun games: you took a very boring task and made it fun. Now, given you made Factorio gamejam edition, I think it's fair to say that the game is really solid and very enjoyable. But I'm not here to praise you, I'm here to give feedback. I think the entire plot line can be scrapped, I don't need a reason to make a coal factory, rather I'd like for those tasks to give me more tools to be better at mining coal. I'm asking for more content basically. I also think the more playing space would be good I had to squeeze my machines in there lol. Simple art and audio, but I can't complain
9/10 ^^
I really found this game funny, and I think my grudge is that you haven't pushed the game in that direction more.
The moment I heard the footsteps genuinely laughed. That being said, I think the level design is where your game lacks the most. The loop mechanic feels just slapped on for the sake of the theme rather than actually used to create interesting puzzles. I love the simplistic art style and the goofy audio. I appreciate all the platformer QoL features.
8.5/10 ^^
A nice and simple simulator/level editor. I think my biggest grudge with this entry is the lack of a goal for the players. Yeah, you can try to go for super high numbers, but they don't do anything, and as far as I know, you can't see your previous attempts either. I could see this being a minigame in a sort of theme park builder. Or maybe you could make it into a puzzle game like Poly Bridge.
Other than that, the graphics could use a little boost, but the audio was fairly nice (even if simple). I liked the animations that the loops had when you placed them, promising concept, but needs a bit more time.
Keep it going!

A nice entry for a first game jam!
I usually give honest feedback, so it might seem harsh, but I have the best intentions. There is a lot of room for improvement. I think the biggest problem this game has is probably the lack of rewarding the player. What I mean by that is that the game is very simple, shoot all goblins -> walk to exit, this is fine simple games are great and all, but there isn't anything else to it, usually when you see games like that you have some kind of upgrade system, enemies change from time to time, hell even a timer would be great so that you can see how fast you've played trough a level.
Other than that, I think the player movement could be improved - made more dynamic, and shooting could become more satisfying, adding some knockback, particles, and flashing the sprites of hit enemies would make the game feel much better. That being said, it's an impressive game for a first gamejam, especially only a 4-day one. I won't comment on art and sounds since you haven't made them, but you did implement them well. I do like the amount of levels, and to be honest, I enjoyed shooting the goblins even if it wasn't the best game I've played here.
Keep making awesome games
solid 6.5/10 <3
A very fun game with a pretty original idea. I like the execution, but I think it could be even better with a few changes. The main complaint is that I didn't know when the bullets would be shot again. Other than that, graphics and audio could be a little better, but it's always like that in game jams. I love how the game turned from simple to a chaotic mess in a matter of seconds. I think a couple more levels would go a long way.
Awesome stuff, keep it up!
7.5/10 ^^
I like the idea, but I think it slightly lacks in execution. I feel like with a better controller and some more indicators of the loop timers, I think it could become a really fun platformer. I can't comment much about graphics and sfx, other than that I hoped they would be more polished. I can say, though, that I did have fun playing the game, and I think there is potential, just needs some more work
Keep up the good work!
6.5/10 ^^
I like this interpretation of the theme. Using programming loops to program your turrets feels really unique. That being said, I wish it had been explained a little better; it took me some time to figure everything out, and even then, I was struggling a bit. I think a better tutorial would go a long way. I really like the cute little art and the SFX.
Keep it up!
7/10 ^^
I was really scared for a second that the game would be just mindless WASD spamming, but adding the bombs was a brilliant move. My only grudge was maybe having the ability to flip the controls, as that would have been more intuitive for me. Other than that, strong visuals and decent audio, as well as fun gameplay.
Keep making awesome stuff.
8/10 ^^
I like being honest, so I don't want you to take anything I say the wrong way. The game is pretty ok, but at the same time, it's missing a lot.
I think what hurts the game most the the lack of QoL platformer features like kayotee jump, corner correction, etc.
I also think that maybe making it so that you are always sprinting would make the game feel better. Getting inspired by another game is awesome, though, and if that's how it's done in there, then fair enough. I think the game has some potential as a fast speedrun-y platformer, which is always awesome. I just wish there was some more content
I'm sure if you keep making games, they will only get better and better. Keep it up!

A simple but enjoyable auto battler.
Main complaint here is the lack of decisions made by the player, yes, you can choose who you fight, but that's about it, from what I saw. I think having more mechanics (maybe a shop) that would allow the player to create their own battler would go a long way. That being said, the graphics are really good here, and I see some potential in the game.
Keep making awesome stuff!
7/10 ^^
Decent little game
However, I wish the controls were a little better; if you implemented some quality-of-life features, this game could be seriously fun to try to speedrun and all that. As it is right now, it's pretty good for a game jam, art and graphics are ok.
Not sure whether you used AI voice or if its just tts, either way I think it should be disclosed.
Keep making awesome stuff!

I can't say I liked it as much as I did others, but it was a fun take at the theme.
I think my biggest complaint here is the lack of gameplay. It's kind of like a walking simulator I wish there was something more to it, even though the story is somewhat interesting. I think this game would be cool if it had more of a Stanley Parable vibe, if you were to keep the gameplay as is.
That being said, the audio and the graphics are nice, and having VA is always a nice surprise.
Keep making awesome stuff!
7.5/10 ^^
a super cozy and cute farming game!
I really like to play these types of games, and this one didn't disappoint. The gameplay feels a bit barren, but the upgrade system keeps me wanting to play. The graphics and audio are very nice; however, the music isn't done by you, which I hoped it was. Anyways, solid game. I do think that the gameplay would be a lot better if more control were given to the player, but you only have so much time in a game jam
8.5/10 ^^
Holy hell. Taking Loops from the theme, as in Audio Loops, is genius, simply amazing
I wanted to give feedback, but there is none to give; you win! I can guarantee you will make it into the GMTK vid. Your game is worthy of winning the entire Jam. My only real grudge is that I wish there were more
My first 10/10 this jam, good job!
I'm too old for this type of game, but I did find it fun and very polished.
It reminds me of OG Doom and such. I think the game looks very good, the animations are awesome, and the gunplay feels satisfying. My only complaint is the difficulty, but again, that could be just me
Honestly, you should finish this game, just keep polishing and adding stuff, and I bet it'd sell great on Steam or on here
This is the first 9/10 I'm giving out ^^
While I've seen this type of game multiple times, this one has a unique twist that makes it stand out.
The work is crazy for the amount of time given. I like the level design, the narrative, and the gameplay.
I do think the game could be polished to be both prettier and have better SFX, but given the timeframe, what we've got is acceptable.
Keep making awesome stuff
8/10 ^^
What starts out as a simple game quickly turns into chaos. I love it!
It's a fairly unique concept, I like the rogue-like elements, but I do wish that the controls felt a bit better, tho, because it did take me some time to get a hang of them. The artwork is awesome, love the main menu, the audio is pretty solid too. The theme is integrated perfectly. I feel like if the player were given a choice over what card they can choose, it would immensely help with the game's feel. Allowing the player to make their own "build" is always a good idea when it comes to rogue-likes.
Great stuff
7.5/10 ^^
Very decent entry into the jam!
I liked it a lot. It feels very unique. Now my only grudge is the controls, having W as jump and Space as dash felt very unintuitive to me. I wish it were space to jump and shift to dash, which is quite common in platformers.
The puzzles felt great, but I wish there was a way to go back to the previous color guys to make adjustments. The graphics are decent, and so is the audio
Good job, keep making awesome stuff!
7.5/10 ^^
What a cool game!
I value honest feedback, so I will get out the negative stuff first. The lack of sounds hurts the game, even if they are simple sounds are very important to games, and without them, they feel empty. I wish there was a little tutorial inside the game about how stuff works, but there is one on the page, so I can't complain too hard.
It isn't every day that you see a game with a freaking level editor in a game jam, so I'm pleased to say I'm very impressed. The game flows great, didn't find any bugs, and the graphics look great. The lack of built-in levels does hurt the gameplay a little, but overall, it's a solid entry!
8/10 ^^
PS: while testing out the level editor, I made this

Feedback time!
I think my main grudge with this game is the lack of a tutorial. I've had a hard time finding out what the game expects me to do. I didn't know any of the mechanics, and the selling mechanic was fairly confusing (at least to it was me). Other than that, the game has solid art assets, which I assume were made by you, which is awesome. The audio is very minimal, but I can't say it's bad. While I see the looping mechanic, I feel like there could have been a better way to implement the theme, but I know this game was made in only 3 days instead of 4. Very impressive
Keep making cool stuff!

This is a very simple game, so I am not sure how much the feedback I give even matters lol
The gameloop is incredibly short, and so there isn't much gameplay to be had. That being said, it does fit the theme quite well and is original. The game is quite hard, which is good. I wish the graphics and audio were a little bit more diverse, but at such a level of simplicity, I don't think it matters all that much. No bugs, but I had a hard time setting the volume; I could only turn it up and never down.
Cool simple game
6/10 <3
I value honest feedback, so I won't lie, I had a hard time with this game, not because of the gameplay, but because of the controls; they just seemed very unintuitive to me. This is not to say the game is bad, I quite like the idea, I think it fits the theme perfectly, but I'd have to lie to tell you I enjoyed it. One thing that I think would help would be a "crosshair," which could show players where their missile would land if they fired now. Also, the playing area being larger than the viewing area really hurt the gameplay. The art and audio aren't the finest, but that's ok. That being said, I can enjoy a fairly original concept as I haven't played a game like that yet, it gives me an old arcade game vibe, and I think with proper polish, art, and audio, it could be turned into a very fun game.
I am very curious about what software you used to make this game? I can't recognize the engine. This clearly isn't your first game jam. Keep going and keep making awesome games!

So here's my feedback. Overall, I liked the game. It incorporates the loop theme in a simple way, but it works. It's nice to see a game with almost no bugs at all (or at least I haven't encountered any). I was slightly confused at some of the puzzles. I wish the difficulty curve were a little less steep. For a game jam, the game is quite polished. The graphics look good, although simple, similar to those of a mobile game. The audio is very minimal. I wish the music and the ambience were a little bit more established.
The tutorial, while it does its job, suffers from the "wall of text" syndrome. It can turn off players as it's somewhat intimidating. I think it could be worded in a better, shorter way. Gotta say I love the logo of the game, very cool, love to see it.
7.5/10 ^^
I really like the dark story- it gives the game a unique vibe. The art is interesting but could definitely use a bit of a lift to match the tone. Some quality-of-life improvements would make the experience smoother, like better navigation or clearer objectives. The gameplay and innovation are strong, but a little more polish would really elevate things.
Great game overall! 7.5/10 :)
Impressive itch page with a really cool concept! The dialogues are well-written and add a lot. The gameplay is fun but feels a bit too simple, and the lack of WebGL support is a bit of a downside. The theme and visuals work well together, and the overall feel of the game is solid.
Great work, just a few areas to polish! 7.5/10 :)
