Dude this is an awesome entry! Loved that mechanic. I think it could have been more clear exactly where to go, but this has some serious potential. Keep it up!

I'm glad you liked it!

Thank  you!

Lol I love the cutouts of actual people

This was pretty cool! I feel like there are some sound effect changes I would have done (particularly the balancing, the sounds were VERY loud) and I might have looked over the script and tried to make it more similar to what a Reverend might say. I'd maybe take a look at different fonts as well. There are some physics/collision issues that I was able to wriggle out of so nothing game breaking! I really loved the atmosphere though, you absolutely nailed the ps1 feel.

Thank you, I appreciate it!

Totally fair about the path needing to be clearer! Thanks for playing, I loved your submission!

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked it :)

LMAO thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!!

this might be my favorite comment ever thank you

it is ABSOLUTELY a good thing LMAO not many games can replicate that style effectively

Good lord. What a game. It fully reminds me of WarioWare. Well done

Watercolors are soooo cool I love them

Personally I hope this one  wins, there's a certain antiquity and novelty about it. There are a million ways I could go about composing for this :) well done!

Not bad! The controls are unintuitive and a little inconsistent at times, but the art direction and music were great! I think it would have benefitted if you gave the player the opportunity to move around freely to the left and right, which would make it to where you could make more complex  obstacles which is usually more fun to scooch around. Good job!

This is really freakin cool. Love the eye monster. The atmosphere is actually pretty unique, though I could have gone with sound effects (footsteps, text scroll etc) but not everyone can find a sound person for a week jam. Well done!

This is probably one of the contenders for the top prize honestly, very well done all around.

This was cool! Not many mobile games being made. Hard to play on mouse and keyboard (obviously) but I can imagine it'd be a lot of fun on a phone. Well done!

Clever use of theme, and I had fun upgrading everything. I think it could have been more clear as to what things do, and I think you can achieve that by changing the sprites up when something was upgraded (what did "leaves" do? etc). Otherwise I love how simply and effectively you made this. Well done.

This was fun! The theme implementation is debatable but I loved that last little puzzle. Fun, unique mechanic and very polished. Good job!

Getting a LOT of Biomutant and Spyro from this, which is fun. Great atmosphere overall. I wonder if there's a way to spice up that combat system, but that's a pretty minor nitpick. Very well done

Thanks for playing! I‘m glad you enjoyed :)

I was just gonna say "this would go so hard with a roll" and you gave me one. You don't see many games like this. The atmosphere is incredible. Only thing is that the gameplay is clunky, mostly from being unable to have very smooth actions since I'm locked into an animation when I do an action. Other than that, solid game.

This was very awesome. Creative use of reloading and everything felt fun to play. My only gripe is that I think the mouse shouldn't be incorporated at all into the control scheme, because I naturally want to aim with it but I can't since that's not this type of game. Very minor nitpick though, I still had a blast with it.

This is an excellent concept. The controls are unintuitive (it took me a couple minutes to figure out that I could only slash after I'd pressed space) but I enjoyed the animation and voice acting. Well done.

You know, I actually thought this was really cool. It was fun to bounce around the keyboard and keep track of the balls. You already know it lacks polish so I won't bother with those comments, but overall this was surprisingly innovative. I can think of many ways to expand upon this concept.

I kinda love it actually

Thank you! That vst is really magical and I'm lucky to have access to it. Thanks so much!

Thank you so much! I'm happy the music added to it all for you :)

Loveeee the textures here

LOVELY modulations all around. I'm a huge proponent of live players, so this was very nice. You mentioned this being your first track since you began mixing, and it was still very nicely done. Keep at it!!

Pretty sick!

Thank you! I'm glad I was able to take that influence and make it myself.

Thank you!!

Thank you! Grenades are op

Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it! I'm glad you think so!

I love the idea you have going, the art is nice and the audio is fun too. I thought the gameplay could have used some more complexity since the cheat code seems to be pressing the same buttons over again, but I really really love this concept. Well done!

Hey! Yeah I used vocals from Opus West's library. Thanks for the comment!

I genuinely enjoyed this one, I could see it in a unique, off-beat metroidvania. It has just the right things to make it stick out as a soundtrack. Great stuff.
