Really love these SFX, I've used a number of them (with a few more from other packs) in a small game I recently published:

https://jacristi.itch.io/froglore

That's great! Thank you for sharing!

Yeah, i think that might be the first really difficult spot. Hitting the dash timing at the top of a big hop is maybe too tight. One tip is if you barely miss it, you can cling to the wall at the edge then hop up from there.

I can look at some forgiveness on that jump/dash by maybe adding another spot to land safely on or shorten the distance a bit

Thanks for playing!

Thank you! I am set for music at the moment but please feel free to share any links here!

I just published a small game called FrogLore, its a small cozy frog platformer game created with godot. Play as a tiny frog collecting light bugs and purifying areas. Complete each level once then return for a second, slightly more difficult challenge.

Check it out here: https://jacristi.itch.io/froglore

There are only a few levels and overall total gameplay could be as short as 10-15 minutes if you're quick.

All art and development done by me - would love some feedback and am curious if it would be worth expanding the game out more or not.

Some clips from the game:

Thanks for ready/checking it out!

I have just released my 4th asset pack : Desert 8x8. This is a pixel art asset pack based around an 8x8 desert tileset.

It includes many environ sprites (some animated), 'parallaxable' backgrounds, a fun player character with multiple animations, and more!

Please give the pack a look - would love some feedback!

The pack can be found here:

Also check out the other three packs in the same style:

Thanks!

I've just released my third asset pack: 'Cave 8x8'  This is a pixel art asset pack based around an 8x8 cave tileset and includes a lot of additional environ sprites, 'parallaxable' backgrounds, a fun cave-explorer character with multiple animations, and more!

Please give the pack a look - would love some feedback and/or ideas for things to add!

Check it out here: https://jacristi.itch.io/cave-8x8

P.S. Sorry for the double post - couldn't find my original and thought I hadn't posted at all - then went to remove the latest  post and removed the original instead!

Very neat! i played this solo switching between controller and keyboard to get a feel for it and made it up to the first chip.

Overall it plays pretty well - I'm planning to come back as soon as i can get a friend to play as well to get the full experience

That's good to know - I'm using Unity's newer built-in input system which, I'm just reading now, is based on physical key location, as you mentioned. I'll definitely keep this in mind going forward. Thanks again!

Interesting, I haven't had or seen any issue with 'z' not working before - 'E' should also work for interact (I also just realized that E is only shown in one of the scrolls and not reflected in the controls part of the menu)

Thanks for the feedback!

Love this music, I think I originally picked it up in the first few days you posted here (when it was free for short time!) I've since paid for it as its 100% worth it.

I've used several of your tracks in a game I just published here called "Bodkin" https://jacristi.itch.io/bodkin (a pixel art mini-metroidvania/2d platformer).

These tracks fit nicely in and have really helped shape a lot of the feel for the game!

Just published my first game here - would love some feedback/critique!

Bodkin is a young ranger who is eager to prove himself and must defeat the rising undead in the nearby village to do so. Includes about 15-45 minutes of gameplay, fairly casual overall with a couple of semi-difficult bosses and few challenging platforming sections
