You can soft lock the game by doing the cutscene where you fuck Sarah in the ass. After that, the arrow to exit the dining room disappears

Made it to the sauna and no type of progress seems to be available. Can't start any conversations and time doesn't seem to move forward.
I went to play this and the game was "complete". I had previously played through the futa version of it and it had all the futa pics.
I then hit the "reset" button and it let me play as normal
This one and the futa version seem to share the same cache
