I didn't do that good either, but we lose most the time. When we win it makes it that much better. Just use it as fuel or a chip on your shoulder to push you to the next level.

I really liked this game. I hope you add walking and some inbetween areas from the combat like maybe where you can walk around loot and then get into combat like levels. I think I had a bug where I couldn't see the health bar for the player. I think the stat box shouldn't appear on top of player but above its head cuz i want to see the character and it was interfering with clicking onto the enemy made it where you had a click a small part around head to get it to work. Visually this looks amazing and the mechanics I like. I didn't realize at first that you had to press other keys when attack so maybe a small introduction to that mechanic would be nice. I don't think you have to put words of the enemy attack cuz you can see the enemy attack and the numbers and effects happening, or if you did want to keep that I would say move it up to the top right corner out the way visually. Outstanding job though you should really work on this and make it into a fully fledge game.
Yeah I know it was too big, It was just me making it and everything so ran out of time didn't have time to add all the stuff I wanted to so it felt empty. Didn't have time to get water working where you could swim, or the other ideas I had to handle it. I just did it as a simple punishment, but also it is a way you can teleport to that area of the map, but it has no meaning cuz there isn't nothing to explore there. I wanted to have way more to it, just didn't have time so I know it sucks lol. Thanks for playing it and the feedback. I also didn't know the island was that big until too late in dev to change it. I really didn't get to testing the game until like the last week cuz the enemy ai took so long and it still sucks. This game made me want to quit doing 3d games lol. I think I just need to have a smaller focus like you said and I will continue with some of the mechanics like notes and character controller, but I think I am gonna make it into a small horror game instead of open world that is too hard for a solo at least for me I think. If I was able to find a programmer I think it would have turned out way better, cuz I could have just focused on the art and all the things I wanted to make it into, but oh well lol. At least I learned that I am not good enough to do bigger ideas without a programmer. Making me we work and focus on what I can do to actually build a game. I just can't find people that are compatible with me, so I got to do it all by myself. So I learned I got to shrink everything in size. Thanks for taking part of the jam.
I am glad you had fun and that is what it is all about to challenge and push ourselves. I am glad you realize all of that. It is good you understand that so early in the game dev journey. You keep at it you will make something great some day. I struggled too with a lot of the same issues. I am sure we all did, I know I did. It is just part of the process.
Great job you got a lot done in that time period. I think if you polish it more there is some potential to this idea and game. Minor bugs but nothing too. I would like better identification of the interactable objects either a prompt or a shader outline or something like that, and maybe a ui objective text for what I am suppose to be doing. Great job though for real!!!
Thanks to everyone that participated in the Jam Looks like only 7 entries out of 43 people that joined. So good job on making it to the finish line. 6 entries are all that will count towards the rewards, because my game is ineligible for prizes. Congrats Thanks again and good luck!!! To be able for the prizes must be in the discord server so it is easy to communicate with you about the prizes. Also if you don't respond then the prizes will go to someone else. If no one responds then I will just add the prizes to my itch for everyone to have. P.S please play and rate each others games and be honest and unbiased please.
No worries it was still playable just trying to let you know about it. It is easy to do in Unity I am not sure about Godot. I just want you to know of problems just in case you want to continue working on it. Mine will have plenty of problems with it lol I look forward hearing you all tear it apart cuz it want be good lol. It is hard to get something polish and good in that time frame. It is all about just practive and getting better.
Okay, so lots of problems and bugs, but overall I liked it. I think you should keep improving this game if your interested. It is interesting the look. I think you should turn down the fog a bit. It is just too much fog makes it heard to see where your going and hurts eyes I want to see more of the environment a bit. Footsteps too loud, menu doesn't work well in 4k just so you know. The enemy a weird black box pops up when you encounter it. I think it was a bug I couldn't understand what was going on with the game, or what I was suppose to be doing. I think your world is interesting, you move too fast I think. Can you attack? Not sure if I ever died. Needs more feedback to let the player know what is going on. Oh and there was no fall damage from jumping off the tower. It is a great job though I like it. Keep working on it I think you will make it into something interesting.
votes I believe as long as it works right. Everyone is suppose to play others games as long as it is reasonable. Like I saw someone trying to sell their game they submitted and is handing out vouchers. To me that is an example of unreasonable. Now if you have it where you can play it in the browser that is preferred but if your game is too big like mine than make it as easy as possible to download and play. We should at least try and play as many of each others games until you just don't want to do it anymore. It is just out of respect to each other try and play as many as you can and vote with honesty and integrity. If not enough people vote than I will of course play them all and pick the winners and announce it on the jam and in the discord. Also to get the rewards you will have to respond to me in the discord and we can discuss it so I know what I need to make. Figure out what the winners are needing or wanting than I will work on it and when I am done. Will probably give a Google Drive Download link to the winners through dm.

sorry I am bad with discord I didn't know you could edit the length it shouldn't expire anymore I have fixed it.
Nice Website, but you should have examples of your voice acting skills or some example other than that game. I didn't want to play through that game until I guess it was your voice or not. Unless you were that female voice in the beginning? I don't think so, but if not it is kind of confusing. I just want to hear examples of you is all if that is your aspiration put it out there you know?
No limitations except try and pick one of the themes, but if you can't that is okay to just try your best and get something done by the deadline. There is no limitations really. Even if you didn't follow the rules I don't care, but that is just what it is being judged on. All I care is that you learn something new and get a little bit better at making games.

I like your art style, vibe, general idea. I can see this evolving into a game once you figure out some mechanics and fix some bugs and figure out your direction. I couldn't complete it due to a bug I believe I fail off and it was infinitely dropping but I liked the idea of this one the best. I think you could have used maybe some music and your footsteps sounds would have helped with the silence. I think you had them but they were only working when jumping.
