Stellar. I'm so jealous I couldn't work on this haha what an awesome experience that kept growing. Seriously, everyone on the team should be proud, the mechanic was really cool and the music kicked in perfectly.

Oof that's on me, I'm the music/sound guy and I for sure made the jumpscare loud. Sorry that it was so loud!! Thank you for playing though.

I loved this. I would have loved for some music (musician, so obvious bias) but otherwise I loved this idea. I would have preferred a clickable option instead of typing it out every time personally, but it didn't detract from the experience. Super cool and kept building in an awesome way. Great job!!

Thank you so much!! I did the music and had a blast working with the team.

I was playing in Opera, and it was impossible to read anything, unfortunately. However, still impressively done in the short amount of jam time. I couldn't see any fullscreen option, and it was hard to make things out, but good job!

Great job!! This much done in that short amount of time is impressive. Would have loved some spooky music and monster noises, but 4 days is 4 days, and you knocked it out of the park!

You are correct in that 4 days is not a lot of time, but you still got something sick! Reminds me of newgrounds-era flash games with the way it's animated. And you have music! Always a plus on my end being the musician for jams. Good job!

Thank you for the kind words! Glad you liked it

Thank you so much!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to play and comment! You rule. I did the music and it was great working with Corvus

I did the music. Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to comment!

I did the music Thank you so much for the compliment! I'll try to get it on YouTube for easy listening today to tomorrow. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment!

Thank you so much for the feedback! Samimies really knows what he's doing, and it was awesome making music for this, especially in the dynamic way presented. Really appreciate you taking the time to comment. I'll be playing your game today!

brb grabbing my laser

whoa!! So sick! The music is awesome!! It took me a second to notice you don't have to tap on beat, you just have to direct the ball. but, if you make a marker of some sort that lets the player know when to hit the beat, like in Bullets Per Minute or Crypt of the Necrodancer, this'd be top notch. Seriously great job here, this was a ton of fun.

Very cool. Maybe I bowed out too early, but I wish there was music! It was a bit difficult to understand and maybe Firefox / Opera isn't a good choice because the window for me was quite small (most likely user error, nothing on your guys' parts). Still, very impressive and funny when you get sent flying

Really good job here. The Music was really cool and the overall vibe was neat! Definitely a good challenge and clenching-tension moments.

If you continue development on this, I think you'd be making a great decision. Well done, absolutely. I don't like these types of games and found myself playing this for over 20 minutes while on a mission to "quickly run through and rate games." I think you really nailed this, especially in the time frame of the game jam. Great job!

I am for sure not the target audience for this kind of game. Still, really well put together in time for the game jam deadline. It's a little cringey for me, but like I said, I'm not the target audience here. Objectively, it's a functioning game with decent music and visuals, and a story I'm sure people find interesting. Great job!!

Very fun puzzle game. I like the "2048 but they can move too" idea, it was well executed. Well done!

I got as far as I could, but definitely struggled to get far at all with how difficult the gameplay is. The camera not showing the ground below you when you jump is definitely an unwanted struggle, and made it hard to follow where you were positioning yourself. The music is cool, and the idea is really well implemented in the time you had to do this. Well done!

Yamcha made me laugh out loud. Very fun! Always a fan of Warioware style microgames. The art is funny, the memes hit hard, and it was fun. The music was alright, if a bit short and repetitive, but game jams really limit time! Great job to everyone who worked on this.

I mean, good job getting something in time for the jam. It's definitely something to experience, and it functions enough to finish the objective.

I guess I get the theme, though it feels more like "money" than "power" to me, but that's subjective. Great job on this! Very funny and fun, I always like madlibs.

Maybe I didn't give it enough time, but at least you got something submitted! Must be too high-brained for my feeble mind to comprehend, or it was simply boring? Joke flew over my head, but I see the irony, maybe!

Really well done in the time frame. I am not the person to rate these kinds of games, as they're definitely not my forte, but in the time had the polish is really well done. There's music, sfx, great art, and awesome functionality. Very cool!

Super cool! Cutscenes? In this timeframe? Very well done, even if the audio was a bit de-synced on those cutscene. It's challenging for sure, and the smooth animations were funny as well in the context of the art. Well done!

and BEEG sounds!

POWER LASER WIZARD MANCER

A little confusing, but well done in the short timeframe!

Hello! Professional audio guy here. over 15 years of Music Composition and Recording, and about 2 years of custom sound fx experience for game jams.

My itch page is here for the game jams / projects I've done audio work for. My homepage is here for the more music-focused project (e.g. my band), and my YouTube is here if that's a preferred medium for consuming audio work, and that YT has a lot of the other weird stuff I do.

I have experience with Unity and Godot, and am willing to fill that audio spot you may need! I've done a ton of game jams of various lengths so I'm ready for anything. Feel free to dm me on discord (savestatecorrupted) or Twitter (@savestate_crptd) or reply here!

Thank you so much for playing! If you liked the music, check it out stress-free here! https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGSlmTNz1GnX_mXTJMVZmcoKuqYnyxY4j&si=kZmpldB8... I had a blast making the music and sfx for the game so I appreciate the praise.

Great job. I loved it! Cute appearance and the puzzles were really intuitive and fun. I'm focused on music a lot of times with game jams, and it was a very laid back groove. I wish it would loop a little better to be less jarring on the groove you were setting up. Otherwise, great job getting something this good in time for the jam.

Well, I kept rotating right after initializing. Refreshed and tried again and unless I was flicking my mouse left, my view was spinning to the right. Tried to play regardless and it was impossible. Really looks impressive and the music is cool, especially in the short time available to make it, but yeah I couldn't truly experience it.

Maaann that's a long intro, and a bit annoying to go through it when learning what to do and messing up originally. That laugh is also a tad loud, and having to hear it over and over isn't great. I'll be honest, I stopped playing after the first screen because the above, it just wasn't fun. Sorry!

Very cool take on Mode. Math nerds unite! I got all I could out of it in the first couple runthroughs, but everything is neat and tidy! Cute music and presentation, you should be happy getting this in time for the jam!

Cute artstyle, a little hard to tell what was going on most of the time, but I was able to survive long with the 8 burst. Kinda cringe intro ngl but that's just me! Glad you had fun making it, it definitely has heart and shows you had fun making it.

Pretty cool! A little janky on my end with the hiding, it didn't always seem to work when crouching. I wish there was music, but still great job getting something in for the jam!
