I just read the part that you didn't make the music, so just know you have FANTASTIC music choice. But the game is also beautifully simplistic yet perfectly difficult and addicting. Would play a full game like this in a HEART beat. Maybe with some clicking for activating moving platforms or blind levels where you have to rely on your previous mouse trail and the music to know when and how to dodge obstacles. (Or boss levels hehehe)

It's a very neat concept and twist on the "racing in a loop" idea. It's definitely a very idle game though which is admitedly not normally my cup of tea. But that's not a bad thing at all, just not a me thing. Solidly implemented though, UI elements are intuitive and the artwork is very pleasant to the eye ^^
My gosh, this was pure insanity and chaos and SO MUCH FUN. I think what really makes this loop mechanic work so well is the fact that there's a FINAL goal that's super obvious, and how it's literally impossible to beat that final goal without the help of the other troops you make along the way.
The other thing that balances this out so nicely is the bullets being just a little bit flashy. Because it means, you may be getting shooting help, but boy howdy good luck seeing what you're doing XD
My gosh this is hard (and was a bit hard to figure out how to play haha) but I can definitely see this being a hecka fun gameplay loop (hah) to get into ^^
I do think this game works best with two hands with arrow controls tho haha (and I also think the weapon that moves in a ring is hella more OP so it's easy to just want to use the star by just grabbing the ball for a quick sec)
FANTASTIC!! Ya'll have really outdone yourselves with this one.
The art is all so brilliantly cute and expressive. The music is top notch (the cave music is so addicting) and the game mechanics are a joy to discover. By far my favorite part was seeing the part where the wall blocks you only to discover a pedestal a few jumps later and that realization of "OHHH" when I realized how this game was playing with the mechanics of "unseen" and how "seeing" isn't always the RIGHT answer. Amazing game design all around. Loved it so much ^W^
(I can tell ya'll playtested the heck out of this game because those timers were PERFECTLY tight enough to feel the intensity of getting it on time haha)
Is no one else finding this game really really hard? haha I'm struggling to even get past the first area 😅
I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Like, I try to fight but end up really weak really quickly, so I try to interspace my hits by dodging but then I just get stunlocked because I ran out of energy. Help??
