Genre: Visual Novel

Any specific things you want me to test or focus on: did you get the best ending? What was your strategy?

I want to incorporate NP-complete combinatorial problems into a dating sim visual novel game. How to do so? (I already did knapsack problem). Which ideas do you have? My ideas so far:

  • Integer linear programming - raise your stats enough so that the girl would want to date you, but you have limited amount of time/energy/money
  • Travelling salesman problem - meet as many girls as you can in the city without surpassing a time limit.
  • Firefighter problem - there's a nasty rumor being spread about you, and you need to make sure to tell them the truth before your girlfriend finds out and breaks up with you.

typo: "¿Y qué vistes exactamente?" - vistes should be viste

I'm talking about the https://itch.io/board/255031/get-feedback forum

About 1/3 of the posts there have actual feedback but the most don't. It's just a developer making a post and nobody replies. A lot of "get feedback" forums have the issue where people just ask for feedback but nobody gives feedback.

My suggestion is to add a rule saying that for every time you ask for feedback on your own game, you must first give feedback to at least 3 (or some number) of other people's games. Feedback must have a length limit to prevent people from just saying "I like it" to get around the limit.

Why does a good, omnipotent God allow evil to happen?

This game is a bit frustrating since it's hard to find a specific person in a crowd. I think there were also some times where the person just didn't appear at all.

I really like the music and art. Are there multiple levels? If so, I think there should be an indicator of how far along you are.

I really like the art style. The game itself is a bit simple though. I think instead of having the tenants loop , it should say "you're done" or something at the end.

A huge problem is that every time you lose, all the things you placed disappear and you have to start all over again. I think you should keep them on the screen.

It's a very nice game, quite similar to my game, but much shorter than mine. I liked the art style and music.

I really like it, especially the art style and theme of the game.

I really liked the 3d art style, the animations and the music. However, I think the animations should be much faster since you have to move so often and watching it go by is slow.

I didn't really understand this game.  Also, the circles are a bit too closely packed and it's easy to make a mistake trying to cast a spell

(1 edit)

I really liked the music and art style. I wouldn't rely on mazes for everything too much though.

Thank you! I'm glad that you found it enjoyable.
