is there some kind of limit on the 3d lights? if i have 10 lights sometimes 13, with shadows turned on it makes everything in the layer vanish, so if i have all my props on "base layer" and i add the lights to base layer , then the entire layer becomes invisible until i turn off the shadows on at least 1 light , makeing it less than 10 lights with shadows, it seems 10 or 13 seems to be a max on 3d lights
The current file size is about 1.3 gb , the animations have many frame so that the user can pick and choose which to use, in order to adjust frame rate.
pngquant can reduce the file size by about 80% it however does not make sprite strips.
i made a program to create sprite strips myself for personal use, i can post it here for free most likely, however bare in mind i only made it for personal use, so there's not any fancy u.i or anything.
if i am correct i listed a gif creator on my page, i believe i threw the sprite strip maker in there also
yeah i can do that , but if what you mean by the "cant render these quick enough" is that the sprites dont render fast enough, have you tried shrinking the file size ?
there is a program called pngquant , i provide a link to it in the description. it removes about 80% of the file size, therefore the sprites will render 80% faster.
also i provide all frames in the files, but its not recommended to use all frames, as this is very intense, what i suggest is when importing the pngs into an engine , pick a frame then skip 1 or 2 pick the next and so on, at least when it comes to large animations. i just provide all frames so that the individual can pick for themselves what they want,
and also choose based of desired frame rate
