I gave conturve a 5 because the quality of there garments are second to none especially the leggings , which I have quite a few pairs, they feel lovely in the skin and are firm enough to hold you in they don’t sag at the knees and are not see through at all. I am next going to try the new bra and I believe it will hopefully be of the same quality. Thank you Conturve.
An update to this saga and of course the items which were sent to me unauthorised at a cost of £33 are of course neither refundable or exchangeable! So what do I do now chuck em in the bin along with my £33.00. What a rubbish way to treat customers. Before you ask me again and we go through the email saga once more my order number is CT1444663. The items are the 2 XS bras which I paid £33 for but didn’t order.

I am at my wits' end with the Customer Service Dept. of this company. Things are fine if your purchase is ok:- their products are good and they will exchange if not suitable - ONCE!!! However, if you try a new product and can't get on with either offering they send you then you hit a big brick wall. I have tried to exchange and have got nowhere on their site. I have sent two emails (dated 05.01.26 and 30.01.26) to their Customer Service Dept. following their own instructions on their website - and have had no response at all. This is not customer service! They have taken my money and are now ignoring me! I have bought from them in the past and have liked their bras, but found myself out of pocket when trying some of their shapewear. This time I wanted to try a new bra product and have been left out of pocket again. Only use this company if you know what you are buying will be suitable! Do not buy anything speculatively as if it is no good, you may end up frustrated like me! They perfectly know my contact details as they bombard me with sales emails every week, but where is my incentive to buy from them again until they resolve this issue for me? BEWARE!!

Terrible customer service. My leggings fall into bits after two months and they won’t do anything about it because it is 3 days after MBG period ends. This is not a case of trying to return because I am not happy with a fit. This is a faulty product that barely lasted two months
Excellent quick delivery of really lovely products.

Warning, buyers beware!! If you have any issues you cannot speak to a human and they have all sorts of excuses on their site relating to delivery or non delivery as in my case, and have a message on saying their portal is down for certain things like trying to do an exchange or a refund.

She was most helpful and provided excellent customer service. The best ive had in a long time. Harriet genuinely cares for her customers.

Great company. I bought two lovely bras, but the size was too big. I asked to exchange them for a smaller one. The process was easy, I had help throughout and eventually they told me I could also keep the big ones as a thank you. Very serious customer service and the bras are really nice and comfy!

Still no way to return it. I wonder where the positive reviews are coming from??? AVOID. Update: They have offered me a refund (-£3) and returns dont appear to be free. I'll wait and see if it hits my bank account and update.

Promises full refunds if they don’t fit within 60 days. Refund portal nearly impossible to use. Impossible to get hold of via email. You just get excuse after excuse of why the refunds can’t be made.
They won’t provide an address to send items back to and then say “keep them and we’ll refund you anyway” but the refund doesn’t come and as you didn’t send the items back presumably you cannot claim money back from your credit card, Klarna or PayPal. Clever trick.
Wish I’d checked the other reviews here before I bought. Scam. Avoid.

Bought a cami & strapless bra which we ok ( though the jury is still out with the bra). I thought they were actually letting me have a different bra at 80% off. Don't fall for this! There is no support, it rolls up & there's some strange padding in the cup. Tried to return but not allowed to - I must have missed some small print!! It won't happen again as I've unsubscribed. I'll be going back to Shapermint.

Saw the reviews and thought I’d buy two, well what can I say, absolutely amazing, brought a further 6 bras. So comfortable, you don’t realise you have them on, no digging in, no back fat. Just love them. Told my work colleagues and four of them have als placed orders and love them.

Since my review I have received an email from a actual person with the service team. Offering a refund as well as keeping the items I bought.So I have increased the star rating accordingly.
I ordered two bras after seeing good reports. However when I tried the bras on they didn't give me any support and I decided to return them. The company promises hassle free returns. So far I have been offered everything except a return and refund via communication with the support team The last email I received from them stated how to solve problems with check out so it seems I am communicated with a robot not a human. It should not be this difficult to return the items.
