The website is great and it has a lot of options to print but using the search bar is impossible It never finds anything

My K2 Plus arrived in beautifully packaged, sturdy packaging and was delivered on time. All components were fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box. This is incredibly convenient for someone like me who isn't fond of tinkering with machinery! And what I love most is that Creality's official website offers free, print-ready models—perfect for someone like me who has absolutely no idea how to create models myself.

Mon imprimante Creality K1 est arrivée avec le châssis tordu, j’ai donc contacté le SAV pour un échange. La machine est repartie, et il m’a été dit que j’aurais un numéro de suivi que je n’ai jamais reçu. De plus, le SAV ignore pleins de problèmes que je leur ai signalé en plus du châssis tordu. Déjà 1 mois que je lutte avec leur service client absolument catastrophique.

Customer Service non existent. Faulty on arrival - automatic response all the time. Avoid them.

Never owned a 3D printer at this price point. I thought it might not perform well after purchase, but it far exceeded my expectations! The Ender-3 V3 SE printer is ready to use right out of the box. Once I found the right assembly video, it was a breeze to set up.

Worth every penny! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, and he absolutely loves it. The K2 SE was incredibly easy to set up—just plug and play. The print quality far exceeded my expectations. So far, we're thrilled with all its features. I'll definitely keep an eye on Creality's new releases and plan to buy another one for my nephew.

I gave my friend an Ender-3 V3 SE as a birthday present. He absolutely loved it! However, the printed objects stuck to the plate so firmly that they were incredibly difficult to remove. That was a minor drawback.

Extremely poor customer service, no post purchase support and will not honor warranty. , Bought a K2 Pro printer a couple months ago, top surface quality coming out extremely textured with and without ironing (gets worse when with ironing) it should be smooth. No settings in the software will improve this, no help from the community forums or in their troubleshooting guides online. Have tried calling the US line multiple times, no one picks up the phone. Company will not respond to request to honor warranty. Submitted a help ticket weeks ago, responses do not provide any help troubleshooting and are not giving any advice on how to address, nor acknowledging the warranty repair request. Requested a warranty exchange via the website defined method of email and have yet to receive any response. Do not buy from this company, you will regret it if you have any need for post purchase support and warranty issues.

The printer that I ordered (Creality HI Combo) came in excellent condition and overall quite good. Sadly customer support is quite slow with this company and should definitely be improved. After about 3 months of occasional use (like once a day for around an hour or two), the nozzle has accumulated a lot of gunk on it that is now bleeding into prints. Also, a much worse situation, I cannot get a screw out of my printer head cover (only 3 months of use!!!). I have tried literally everything I can think of (screw extractor, etc.). Unfortunately, I cannot get a technician to come to my house because there are none for this sort of thing in my area (actually state for that fact). This means that I have been on customer support for quite some time about this issue. Overall, I would still recommend Creality for buying a 3D printer, but just let them know that customer service is not great and doesn’t help that much (they just give out gift cards). I hope that this review will give you the information about Creality.

The K1C printer is a great choice for beginners. It's fast, with a compact printing platform and overall size. All I need to learn is how to download files from websites for printing or designing small items. Thanks to its magnetic printing platform, cleaning is a breeze. Overall, it's a solid choice.

They had the UV curable resin I needed. 4/4 or 5/5 stars.

As beginners to 3D printing, the SPARKX i7 made the whole process way less intimidating than I expected. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the automatic leveling saved me a lot of confusion. I didn’t have to tweak anything or look up extra tutorials just to get started. So far, it’s been a really beginner-friendly machine.

Most of the machine was pre-assembled when it arrived. I only needed to tighten a few screws and connect a couple of cables before I could start printing.It was incredibly hassle-free.

My wife absolutely adores the SPARKX i7 printer,its design is incredibly cute. The customizable indicator lights have been a huge help with my printing projects.

Ok I don’t know what is going on with people here. I bought a brand new K2 Pro from shop.creality.com
Arrived within a week at that was a week before Christmas!

The only issue I had was a crack in the side panel. I am getting a new panel sent out.

Look with items like this, work with the manufacturer if there is an issue. Within reason of course. Yes it takes a little time with Time zone difference, it is support in China. I have no problems and new side on its way. The printer itself is absolutely fantastic. I now have two CFS units and the space Pi X and a heap of hyper PLA (on offer after Christmas lol)

Follow ALL maintenance instructions. Isopropyl alcohol wipe after every print on a cold bed.
Clean the nozzle with BRASS wire brush every few prints. Don’t use Isopropyl on a hot anything or boom.
I haven’t needed to lubricate yet. But all of these tips are available on YouTube I also chat GPT a daily guide for my kids based on printer model.
Comparing the price to a brand new bambu this is a cracking device and quality is spot on. So I don’t see the problems others have had. Maybe the Ender is a bit crap I don’t know, don’t have one, but the K series, awesome and the support is fine, just slow.

Ich habe einen 3D-Drucker am 01.12.2025 bei Creality bestellt.
Der Versand erfolgte erst am 11.12.2025, und das Gerät wurde mir nicht nach Hause geliefert, sondern ich musste es am 22.12.2025 selbst in einer Filiale abholen (zusätzliche Kosten für Taxi).

Der Drucker war als Geschenk gedacht, wurde aber aufgrund der Lieferverzögerung nicht mehr benötigt.
Ich habe bereits am 23.12.2025 fristgerecht meinen Widerruf erklärt, welcher von Creality auch bestätigt wurde.

Seitdem gestaltet Creality den Rückgabeprozess jedoch unnötig kompliziert:

keine Bereitstellung eines Rücksendeetiketts

widersprüchliche Rücksendeadressen

sehr langsame oder ausbleibende Antworten

wiederholter Zeitdruck mit der Aussage, der Widerruf könne „verfallen“

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir kein praktikabler Rückgabeprozess angeboten.
Als Kunde habe ich den Eindruck, dass man hier bewusst auf Zeit spielt, um Rückgaben zu erschweren.

Fazit:
Produkt mag in Ordnung sein, aber der Kundenservice und der Umgang mit gesetzlichen Widerrufsrechten sind enttäuschend. Ich kann den Store leider nicht empfehlen.

Ordered a sermoon s1 and bridge and all that was delivered was pla cf, I didn't even order any filament

Nice K1C printer. But, the camera, which is one of the reasons I bought this, does not stream from the printer. It is connected to my WiFi, but only receives data, and it creates time lapse files of the prints I have made.
