I cannot believe the price point for this quality. The denim overalls have reinforced stitching and real metal clasps. They look so stylish on my toddler, giving him a cool, urban vibe. Adorable Designs, Runs Slightly Small.

The design of the dinosaur hoodie is absolutely fantastic! My son refuses to take it off. The quality is great—thick material and a sturdy zipper. Just be aware that the sizing runs a little small compared to US sizes. I usually order a 4T, but I had to exchange it for a 5T. The exchange process was smooth, though, and the customer service team guided me through it. Great value for the price!

I’m really sorry for the experience you had with us – especially when you were ordering Valentine’s outfits and needed them within a clear time frame. I completely understand why, after all the chasing and mixed messages, this felt like a scam to you.

You’re right to be upset. You placed your order on January 9, and between our slow processing, lack of proactive updates, and the way we handled your follow-up emails, we failed you both in communication and in basic execution. You should never have had to chase us multiple times just to find out what was happening with your order, and our responses did not match the urgency of your situation. That’s our mistake, not yours.

When you strongly requested a refund on January 22, we stopped the shipment and processed a full refund back to your original payment method rather than sending the package anyway. The refund has already been issued; if you haven’t seen it yet on your credit card statement, it may still be clearing through your bank, but you should not be charged for this order.

To be clear, we are not a scam site – but in your case, our delays, poor communication and unhelpful handling made it feel that way, and I’m truly sorry. This has been a wake-up call for us to:

Set stricter internal deadlines so orders don’t sit unprocessed while customers are waiting.

.Be honest and realistic about timing instead of giving estimates we can’t keep.

.Improve how we support time-sensitive orders, like holiday and seasonal items, so parents know upfront if something might not arrive in time.

Clothes That Don't Look Cheap

I've ordered from several overseas sites before and been disappointed by the quality. This place is different. The pants I bought are so soft and the print hasn't faded after multiple washes. Cute and Practical.

I love the practical yet stylish designs. The romper I bought has easy snap buttons, which is a lifesaver for diaper changes, but it looks stylish enough for a photo shoot. The material is breathable and soft. Shipping was fast and free over a certain amount, which was a nice bonus. I did have to pay a small customs fee, but that’s standard for international orders and not the seller’s fault.

High-Quality Basics, Minor Shipping Fee.

I’m stocking up on basics for my kids, and these are perfect. The cotton is thick and soft, not flimsy at all. I know they’ll last. Quality You Can Feel

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I’ve never encountered a worse online retailer.

I ordered some trousers on the 8th December - they still haven’t arrived nor have they even been shipped according to the tracking link. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as it’s Christmas and had just accepted that they won’t arrive in time.

I gave them a message on instagram to check the status where someone told me they were being shipped asap.

As the tracking link still hadn’t updated I emailed them instead. They’re now saying they’re out of stock!! But the order was confirmed on the 8th December and they took my money! No apologies, no further information, just “ the trousers you ordered are out of stock.”

Do not order from them unless you like throwing your money down the drain.

You placed your order, the tracking never moved, you were told on Instagram that it was being shipped “ASAP,” and only later by email were you told the trousers were out of stock with no real explanation or proper apology. Taking your payment, not shipping the item, giving mixed messages across channels, and then closing it out with a one-line “out of stock” message is absolutely not acceptable, and that’s on us.

We’ve now arranged a full refund for your order back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days to appear, but you shouldn’t have to do anything further on your side. I know a refund doesn’t undo the stress or the wasted time, but it is the least we owe you.
Your review has already triggered internal changes on our side:

We’re tightening stock and order sync so items that are unavailable cannot be sold and customers aren’t left waiting on products that don’t exist.

If something becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team is required to send a clear apology, explain what happened, and immediately offer a refund and/or alternatives – not leave customers chasing us.

We’re aligning how we respond on Instagram and email so you don’t get told two different stories about the same order.

Purchased pants for a boy

Purchased pants for a boy. They do not look like the picture and while the size range was crazy at 5t-7, I thought I’d give them a go for a baggy look for my tall 5 yr old grandson. The pants were way too short (maybe would fit a 4t in height) and so big around, they would fit a size 10. He normally wears a 6 regular, so expecting them to fit wasn’t that much of a stretch. Anyway, you have to email them to facilitate a return. The shipping for these $30 pants was more than $30. You have to send them back to China. I highly do not recommend this company.

From what you described, the product clearly didn’t match what you expected: the style didn’t look like the photos, the 5T–7 size range was confusing, and the fit ended up both too short in length and far too big in the waist. That’s not acceptable, and it tells us we have work to do on both our size guidance and our product presentation.
It’s also completely understandable that you were frustrated by the return process and the cost of shipping the item back. When return postage ends up costing more than the pants themselves, it does not feel fair, and that’s on us to address.
Based on feedback like yours, we’re now:
.Reviewing this style and similar items for fit so we can tighten the size ranges and update our size charts.
.Adding clearer notes and photos to show how pieces fit on real children, especially for “baggy” styles.
.Re-evaluating our approach to returns in cases where items don’t match the description or expected fit, so customers aren’t left paying high shipping on top of a disappointing order.
