I purchased directly from their website.
The quality of the hoodies is absolutely terrible. It’s not a normal sweatshirt material. It’s like the cheapest fake fleece. The cuffs are not stretchy at all. Sizes run very small. They have a posted return policy but will email you back and forth multiple times in an attempt to delay the return/refund process.

The website is really easy to use. The choices of different type of shirts, colors and wording is fantastic. I have worn my sweatshirt and have had a lot of positive comments on it. I explained the circumstances of the company being started to one gentleman who happens to be a veteran and he just said "Wow". I also lost my younger brother to suicide so these clothes hold a special meaning to me as well. Thank you!

I have 2 sweatshirts and gifted a hoodie to my daughter.

I have worn mine all the time including while traveling. I had 2 flight attendants stop me to say that they loved the message.

I love the shirt I ordered from Dearpersonco. It is great quality, fits great and is just as advertised.

I believe in your company to help people know someone cares about them, I lost a stepson to depression, my youngest son lost a friend when they were only in middle school. I wear my hoodies to let those know they are not alone and love and help are always available.

Garment quality: I couldn't be more dissatisfied in the quaility of the fabric used for the hoodie. The fabric pills horribly and looks so awful now that I don't want to wear it out, which defeats the purpose of why I purchased it. I've only had it a few weeks. I've washed it twice, as directed, and it has little white balls stuck all over it! In addition, the lettering is hot pressed onto the fabric so rest assured the letters will be peeling off at some point. The website states that the items are "on sale" which is a misrepresentation and it took so long for it to arrive that I had forgotten that I had made the order. I had ordered several hoodies as gifts, but because of the horrible customer service I returned everything except one hoodie for myself. And as it turns out I would have been embarrassed to give this garment as a gift.
Customer service: The refund information on their website is inadequate at best. Nowhere on their website is the returns address posted. I had to ask FOUR times for the address to send my return to but the person(s) I was communicating with kept trying to negotiate the return/refund. They first offered that I keep the items and receive 20% of my refund; then it went to 40%, then to 60%. of my refund. I had made it crystal clear with each correspondence that I wanted 100% of my refund AND the address to return the items. They delayed providing me with the address for so long that I told them on the fourth go around that if they didn't give me the address STAT I would report them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud and Id let the BBB take care of it for me. They seemed unbothered at my frustration and would not acknowlege my clear communnication. They finally gave me my refund, but it took WEEKS with great effort on my part. This is not the type of customer service I would expect from a company who purports to be donating funds to mental health causes! The entire experience was NOT good for my mental health. I believe that they are using mental health to sell a product. I do not recommend purchasing from Dear Person. Buyer Beware!

I love the message this sweatshirt gives when I am wearing it. A very close friend used to wear one and has since passed away. I ordered mine to honor him and his memory.
The only issue I have is that the sweatshirt started piling by the second wash.

I have had several comment on the hoodie and say they love it and thank you.

I love the meaning behind the quote on my sweatshirts. I like my sweatshirt to be big on me and I ordered your largest size but they aren't big on me.

First bring awareness to mental health.
Second the fact each purchase money goes to mental health issues. We can choose an issue or have them chose one for us
Third my sweatshirt is soft and thick. So comfortable and the color choices are great. So love the front saying. You are enough. Plus the back it’s just amazing. I’ve had so many compliments and thank yous.

Many people have asked to read what it says. I have gotten great feedback about the message. I also have asked people who want to order to make sure to use your store so that a donation is made to mental health organizations in addition to getting a great product.

This shirt really touches people! I have been thanked numerous times while I'm wearing it. It also helps me just to look down and see the words "you are enough". Thank you for making something so beautiful!

This hoodie not only is well made and so warm its message is important. Wore it at a doctor appt and my doctor loved it. She wanted to know where to get one. My high school aged granddaughter loves hers too.
