Positively the worst company ever. I never received my order and after several attempts after filing a ticket they REFUSED to credit back my card.

Charging me 40.00 for add-ons that I did not order

This fake scammy company has my information. I don't purchase cheap stuff from websites such as dresslily that are stationed in china. I don't know how these scammers got my email address let alone my bday. I want my information permanently deleted or a ftc complaint will be filed. I've told them before to remove my information blthat they've fraudulently obtained. Apparently they don't give a rats behind because here they are again in my inbox bot respecting my wishes to delete my information from their system. I'd never sign up for a crap l, scammy website that ships stuff from china aka aliexpress. I don't buy clothes off the internet especially from overseas scammers.

If I can put zero star I would. Dresslily subscription is a scam! I tried to cancel it within 2 months, and they keep charging me $40/month. I tried to cancel on their site helpdesk and they tried to charge me $144, fortunately my card declined them. Beware of this site!!

Terrible customer service. The app is a complete waste for Canada. They will not refund. There is not a money back guarantee. Do not waste your money or time with this app.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I wish i had read the reviews first. Cheap nasty items. LOUSY returns policy, you think I would have learned read the small ( hidden) print. Absolute crap. And the customer service is even worse than the product, they have the money and they dont care.

Item was cheap, sizing is way off, I waited 3 weeks for delivery and the return policy is such a hassle people don't bother and just bite the loss! I will never buy from them again! If they don't send me a size medium im going to be very mad! I have photos

Please avoid this company at all costs. My items finally arrived this week and to say the items were disappointing is a massive understatement - they are absolutely laughable. I ordered the correct size for myself and with both the trousers and jumper i could fit at least three of me in both. Apart from the unbelievable sizing issue, the quality of these items is absolutely shocking!!!!! Honestly i could make a bin bag look better. I messaged the Company to start a return and they have informed me the items are no longer under warranty and i cannot return them. I have questioned this as i cannot see why that would be as i only received the items this week (after many weeks of waiting). Please dont use this Company as they are a waste of time and money

this website has been a joke from the very beginning. They had no problem deducting my money, but I wasn’t even able to move through their calendar to be able to enter my birthdate, so I backed out of the site and decided not to proceed forward
I have contacted customer service on numerous account accounts, wanting a refund for the money they deducted from my account and they keep sending emails back to me saying I have to go through their website and complete a seven day process
I have stated numerous times through emails that I’m not going to waste my time by going through there “”seven steps and yet they still will not refund my money
I was not on their site for more than 10 minutes before I asked for a refund. do not get scammed by this site. I’m sure I will never see my money back.

I was charged 2× 19.99 and another charge of 15.19. I did not know about two of the charges. And refunding is a joke! I will be reimbursed for 50% of one 19.99 charge. The charge for 15.19 id nonrefundable. Im at a loss for words with this company.

This place is a scam don’t use them, they charged me for multiple subscriptions and I was then not allowed to claim back my money even though i requested it in 24hrs of purchased. They gave me some crappy downloadable pdf that cost £20 and said because they sent it to me they can’t refund it. Pricing isn’t transparent and overly complicated to use. Don’t bother! I then went and looked on their Instagram and everyone had said the same thing.

La página web es una estafa, cambian de nombre continuamente. Tú les compras a ellos y ellos lo compran a AliExpress. Toda la ropa es de AliExpress. Por eso llega muy tarde y no tiene seguimiento, porque el seguimiento lo reciben ellos.Si quisiera comprar a AliExpress me costaría más barato. Después los colores no coinciden con las fotos. Es difícil hablar con ellos, el teléfono que dice es de Portugal y no lo cogen. Aparece un dirrección pero es errónea, ellos no se encuentran allí. Si mandas un correo te contestan pero tardan semanas. Si después quieres devolver el producto no se hacen cargo. Te mandan la dirección de Xina y tú tienes que pagar los gastos de envío, que son unos 20€. Puedes aceptar 30% de abono. No compréis.

Melviana o Zeldine son lo mismo es una verguenza he comprado un vestido y no tiene nada que ver ni color ni tela ni nada de verguenza lo que me ha llegado, y luego lo he querido devolver y no puedo me han escrito pero no me dicen como cambiarlo me dan largas

I ordered a $160 MOB dress. I did not care for the fit or the fabric and initiated a return. I followed all the return requirements - was only tried on once and had ALL the tags attached which I showed them in an email - but the return was rejected. For no reason at all. They tried offering me $20 to compensate. I rejected this offer and they kept going up by $5 increments. They ended at $45 (for an $160 item). No reputable company has this type of return situation. I informed them that I will be writing bad reviews.

I wish I'd done my research. They've tricked with with additional payments to the trial period. They took 3 payments and refuse to give a refund and PayPal have agreed even though I didn't authorise the additional payments.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My items were delivered to the wrong address. They sent me a pic of the package in someone else’s doorstep but still insisted it was delivered to the address I gave them. Sent them pics of my blue house next to the pic of the tan house the package was left at, and they still insisted. They refuse to make it right. They won’t give me the name of the carrier they use, they won’t refund and they won’t even send another package. I would never recommend that anyone order from here.

I have ordered a dress which is faulty. I have emailed twice & sent a message through instagram but have not had a reply!

Lo conocí en Instagram. Hice el test y me pareció buena opción. Tenían una oferta de una semana, que salía el día por 0,70 aproximadamente el día. Decidí probarlo, ya que el desembolso no era grande. Mi sorpresa fue cuando me apreció el cargo de la semana y, además, 29,99€. Encima, se había creado un cargo recurrente en mi cuenta de PayPal, que si no me doy cuenta me estarían cobrando todos los meses vete a saber cuánto. Una estafa. He solicitado el reembolso de los 29,99€, dudaba que me lo devolvieran, pero sí que me lo han reembolsado, por eso he editado el comentario.
