Jumpspeak customer service responded to my email request within 24 hours and couldnât find my account at first, because I had them the wrong email address and they asked if maybe I had another email registered and I provided that and the issue was resolved. I appreciated that they took the time to troubleshoot my issue.
One week experience with Jumpspeak
I really like the design of the app. The user interface is clear, fast, and logically structured.
As for the content, I find it interesting. Iâm currently at an A1âA2 level in Italian and downloaded the app to improve my speaking skills. However, the learning path started from the very beginning (greetings and numbers). I would prefer to skip those basic sections, but itâs not clear how far I can advance without missing important material.
At the same time, most of the roleplays â as well as the AI chat â feel slightly above my current level. To stay more engaged, I would have needed content that better bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate, aligning more closely with my actual proficiency.
I also found the subscription structure overly complex. The various plans, packages, and special deals make it difficult to understand exactly what you receive for your money. With so many options available, itâs easy to feel uncertain about whether youâve chosen the best offer.
The easiest and most effective language learning service.
The course content, support and the real time interaction make this language learning service superior to others. What is especially beneficial is the immediate feedback in each of the categories. It helps to build confidence and adds to rapid progress along the learning curve.

I purchased the app under a misunderstanding and requested a refund, and the issue was resolved immediately. The audio in Jumpspeak suddenly stopped working. It's really hard to learn a language without the audio! The Tech Team responded in about 12 hours after I contacted them. They were concerned and very helpful. What stood out to me was their responsiveness and actually taking the time to listen. My issue was resolved and I'm very impressed with the individual support I received.
Too big a jump
It started out well with five words basic words, I went through it rather quickly and reviewed it and everything went good. The the next section however, sent me back only one of the review words was in this six word sentence so they gave me the English version and six Italian words that I had to put in order to complete the session after four attempts I gave up because it seemed more like a guessing game than actual teaching, but thatâs just me. I canât learn that way others might find this perfectly normal to them.

Impressive customer service.
I had a small issue after signing up for Jumpspeak and I have been really impressed that they have taken the time and trouble to respond to me and we are going to sort this issue out. It is nothing that canât be solved.
Iâve still been able to use Jumpspeak and I am positive that itâs going to be successful for me in my language learning journey. It is an extremely easy program to follow and I appreciate the assistance with pronunciation and sentence structure.
I intend to recommend this program to family and friends as a pleasant and enjoyable way to learn another language.

After one day of trying it I was so frustrated by how robotic the voices sound and how buggy the system is I asked for my money back. 2 months later I am still trying to get my money back - I have not had a single response to any of my attempts to contact them (on various platforms). Complete scam. Stick with free Duolingo.
Not worth the money
I really liked the idea of this app, but the app was buggy, sometimes incorrect, and the conversational practice portion did not make any sense.
3.5* app, with 5* customer service!
I attempted a trial period for this app and it was not a great fit for my learning needs at this time. I sent a frustrated email to Jumpspeak Support because I was not able to easily locate the Cancellation option on the app or the website. It took a few days to get a response from the support team (concerning because this was an unknown/unheard of business to me), but when I did, they could not have been more professional or helpful! They presented options to make my purchase more appealing or to simply cancel. They were quick to resolve the situation, even after a misunderstanding on my part! I could not be any happier with the customer service!

I regret not being able to use Jumpspeak
I paid $106US equivalent to $152.64Can for Jumpspeak on16 November 2025 but found that I didnât have the time to give the program the study time that it deserved. The program was easy to follow and I am sure it would have been great to increase my knowledge of Spanish! However I regret that I would like a refund of my payment.
