Kun rosende ord om dette brand!

Jeg går efterhånden nÊrmest ikke i andet end mine produkter fra LOOW. Produkterne er eminente, fantastisk kvalitet, og servicen er altid helt i top. Hurtig ekspedition og forsendelse på bestilte produkter. Jeg kan kun varmt anbefale dette brand!

Fantastisk kvalitet, forventninger gjort til skamme

Har lavet forsÞget denne sommer ift hvorvidt man kunne pakke "light" på en ferie, dvs med få t-shits som så til gengÊld er af merinould, da disse efter sigende ikke tager imod svedlugt mv og blot skal "luftes". Dog med en vis skepsis da jeg tidligere har haft trÞjer af merinould, og upåagtet de er dejlige athave på, så har de typisk haft let ved at få huller i stoffet. Besluttede mig for 2 stk. LOOW efter en del googlen og har ikke vÊret skuffet. Med hustruen som vidne og ikke mindst dommer ift. lugt, har trÞjerne bestået med et stort 12 tal. Både hvad angår at de ikke tager imod sved, er ekstremt gode at have på, samt at have bestået "kÞre-10-timer- med-sikkerhedssele"-testen på vej ned gennem Tyskland. Ingen huller og kun luftning af trÞjerne. Et super produkt!

4 t-shirts gekocht aan toch een mooi bedrag waar je kwaliteit van verwacht
zeer aangenaam om te dragen maar na enkele maanden kleine gaatjes aan voor-onderkant(bij allemaal),communicatie met fotos zeer onpersoonlijk met alleen een antwoord van sreenshot die verwijst naar trustpilot met inderdaad de meeste zeer tevreden klanten,wat ik ook was tot voor de schadevaststellingen,na een beetje opzoekwerk in trustpilot vind ik verschillende dezelfde klachten ivm gaatjes,zelfs met een refund als antwoord
.bij mij geen enkele communicatie terug na fotos gestuurd te hebben,dit is zeer onprofesioneel en ik ben zeer ontgoocheld in toch wel een mooi produkt,ik had gevraagd of er nog dezelfde klachten waren omtrent dit probleem,spijtig dat ik hetzelf heb moeten ontdekken dat er inderdaad nog problemen zijn met de gaatjes
ik had toch een tegemoetkoming verwacht,
Voor mij geen LOOW meer!

I am sorry you experience not to receive answers from us. We have replied to your messages, maybe they are in your junk-folder.

As mentioned in the emails, you should expect small holes to be possible to occur in our lightweight 135g 100% merino wool T-shirts, after more than 12 months of use. This is because the fabric is very thin, consideration towards this fragile fabric shall be taken, to avoid it: 1) Always washing by hand or in washing net. 2) Focusing on not getting the fabric caught in zippers, or working the fabric against other sharp edges.

If durability is more important to you than the comfort and performance of our lightweight fabric, we recommend wearing our 220g T-shirts.

Quality and customer service are top knotch!
I ordered some Merino wool sweatpants from them and I love them so much! I found the pair that arrived damaged and they were very prompt and friendly on getting me a new pair easily. They worked with me to see if I wanted to send back the old pair or keep them at a discounted price to be more eco friendly - which I love. Thank you!

Quick delivery and helpful customer service

I ordered merino wool pants from LOOW. It arrived quickly (delivery made within Denmark) and I could use the pants for a hiking trip in the Swiss Alps in the beginning of June. The customer service was also prompt to respond to my questions before I placed my order. I was happy with my purchase except for the fact that the waist adjustment rope was not removable as it was sewn together with the pants at the back seam. This made the waist line around the pants dry forever. I asked LOOW if they could deliver a pair without the waist rope attached, but they couldn’t. This made me consider whether I should return the pants using their ‘try our products for 30 days for free’ scheme, but finally a friend that had a sewing machine could help me to remove the annoying waist rope by unseaming and then reseaming the pants at the back so I decided keep my purchase. If it was not for the non-removable waist rope I would have given 5 stars as, at least, from the product I ordered one could see that they use good quality material and the sewing is done solidly as well.
