This company appears to be a total scam.

This company appears to be a total scam. Two weeks after placing my order, I received a package of junk goods that had nothing to do with what I ordered and paid for. I immediately contacted Stylevana and arranged for return of those goods with the promise mine would be delivered. I sent a total of nine messages, never received the goods, they sent bogus excuses and refused to reimburse me. DON’T USE STYLEVANA.

My worst online shopping experience!

Very disappointing after-sales experience — this has been my worst online shopping experience so far.

I ordered a Medicube device through the Stylevana UK website. When I later discovered cracks on the contact surface, I contacted customer service immediately with photos and videos.

However, the process was extremely slow and frustrating. It took nearly three months, multiple follow-ups, and returning the device all the way from the UK to Hong Kong before they finally confirmed it was defective.

Despite the item being confirmed as faulty, I had to pay the international return shipping upfront, which was neither cheap nor quick. In the end, the shipping cost was only refunded as a coupon code rather than to my original payment method.

While a replacement was eventually arranged, the whole process was unnecessarily long, stressful, and inconvenient. I expected much better support from a company operating through a UK website.

Honestly the people are 100% right this


Honestly the people are 100% right this company is a scam🀣🀣, I ordered 2 eye creams a week ago and til this day I haven’t recieved it. I went on my account on their website and pressed “my order” to track my item’s and it said that I haven’t placed any orders (which I did and even my bank has proof and a confirmation that I did).

Pienamente soddisfatta!!

Leggendo altre recensioni mi aspettavo il peggio. Pero ho deciso comunque di ordinare dei prodotti di skincare e sono pienamente soddisfatta. Ammetto che i tempi di spedizione sono lunghi (ho ordinato il 17 gennaio e sono arrivati l'11 febbraio). Pero se metti in conto l'attesa, poi i prodotti arrivano sigillati e in perfette condizioni. Quindi consiglio👍

If I could put no stars I would. This website is a complete scam.

As you can see from the multiple reviews they do not follow standard protocols and offer refunds when packages aren’t received.

I keep getting passed from pillar to post with an ongoing issue since last year. Customer service send standard responses without reading emails or looking into cases individually.

Avoid at all costs.

Mancanza di comunicazione da parte di Stylevana

L'ordine Ú arrivato oggi dopo quasi un mese. E' stato il mio primo ordine ma non so se ne farò altri, non tanto per il periodo di attesa ma per problemi di comunicazione. Troppo robotica e priva di empatia.
Spedizione in 24/48 ore, ma Ú passata una settimana solo per impacchettarlo e due settimane per essere ritirato dal corriere.
Inoltre, una volta spedito - anche avendo pagato per una spedizione assicurata - Ú impossibile visualizzare il tracking fino al suo arrivo in Italia.

Attualmente mi trovo meglio con il concorrente, quindi non sono sicura che ordinerò nuovamente.

Fiz um pedido em novembro e nunca recebi. O suporte confirmou que o pedido não foi entregue, mas recusou o reembolso alegando política interna. Só consegui resolver acionando o banco. Experiência muito negativa.

Non comprate da questo sito. Pessimo. Mi Ú arrivato l'ordine dopo tantissimo tempo e per lo più con 3 prodotti mancanti per l'ammontare di 48€. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e dopo un mese di botta e risposta senza arrivare ad una quadra mi hanno risposto che sono dispiaciuti ma che il mio problema non rientra nelle loro politiche interne e che quindi non vedrò né i soldi né i prodotti. Vergognatevi. Comprate skincare coreana su siti affidabili

Pessimi, schifo, veramente NON ACQUISTATE!!!!!
Ordine fatto a dicembre (30/12/2025). Ad oggi 11/02/2026 non l’ho mai ricevuto perché disperso. Capita, ma non stanno provvedendo a fare nulla! Inviato decine di mail con risposte totalmente inutili. Non rimborsano, ATTENZIONE NON ACQUISTATE PERCHÉ SE IL PACCO VIENE PERSO NON RIMBORSANO! 88€ buttati via, fate schifo.

Metto una stella solo per poter fare la recensione, perché non ne meriterebbe neanche zero!
Ho comprato un regalo per Natale, bene io del pacco non ho visto neanche l’ombra. Ci sono state dei problemi con le poste e il pacco Ú tornato al mittente, niente rimborso niente di niente! Ho richiesto più volte al rimborso o spiegazioni e loro mi hanno sempre risposto che avrebbero contattato le poste (spoiler le poste mi hanno detto che una volta che il pacco torna al mittente, io acquirente non c’entra più nulla e loro mi devono fare il rimborso)
ASSISTENZA PENOSA!
spendete qualche euro in più e comprate da siti affidabili!

This company is a scam I ordered items in November and never received them. I have been sending email after email and no response. Do not order from here there are many companies offering a way better service.
