Being able go purchase bulky items on…

Being able go purchase bulky items on line is ideal, as is being able to return unwanted items to store, however, it’s a shame there’s a flappy promotional label sealed into the fabric of this suitcase I can’t remove without risking damage to the case. And if left as it is, it will tear and give a tatty appearance to the case, something I don’t want, which means I’ll need to take it back to the store so they have the responsibility of removing it without unnecessary damage - all of which negates the benefits of online buying and home delivery. Disappointing.

The item i ordered wasn't delivered due…

The item i ordered wasn't delivered due to bad weather but the tracking did not update again I waited a while than rang 2 days in a row and they kept saying I had to give it more time to arrive even though it still wasn't out for delivery Finally they said they would look into it but instead of sending me the item ,which I really wanted they refunded me for the item but not the postage even though I didn't recieved anything I don't know why I was given refund as item is still showing up as being available to order so clearly wasn't sold out so I dont understand why I wasn't give item rather than refund but I do know I won't be ordering from you again as service was terrible, people on phone unhelpful and I have no item
