My Experience W/ YattaJapan

Ive ordered many times with YattaJapan ive never had an issue with them they're fairly priced with exceptional customer support if you need it i mainly get the monthly nihon box but i have also ordered food and many other things through their store and then its sent shortly after ive never had any problems with them and will continue to be a customer with them from this point on thats why ive given them 5 stars

Die alten Flyer haben mir viel besser gefallen.

Dazu haben wir in 2 Boxen September und November die selben Figuren drinnen gehabt ... das ist mÃŒll.

Es ist total unÃŒbersichtlich was nun eigentlich das Thema der box ist , dazu ist jeder box total anders ( Freunde /Bekannte haben immer andere Dinge in ihrer box

If you received duplicate figures in different boxes, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. In case of an error, the correct figure will of course be sent to you free of charge.

Regarding the content of the boxes, our packs are no longer strictly theme-based. We now offer different formulas to give more flexibility and choice, which means that the content can vary from one customer to another. As a result, it is normal that friends or acquaintances may receive different items in their boxes.

Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve. We remain at your disposal if you would like to discuss this further or need assistance.

TrÚs mauvaise expérience

TrÚs mauvaise expérience. J'attends toujours ma commande qui a 6 jours de retard et personne ne répond à mes mails. Aucune possibilité de suivre correctement le colis qui semble ne pas avoir bougé depuis le 9 décembre.
De plus il force la main pour un abonnement reconduit tacitement sans que ça soit spécifié lisiblement et bien mis en évidence. Cela n'apparait qu'une fois le paiement validé... déjà trop tard

Nous sommes sincÚrement désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions.

Concernant la livraison, comme indiqué sur notre site, les délais annoncés sont donnés à titre indicatif. En cette période de Noël, les services postaux et douaniers sont exceptionnellement saturés à l’échelle mondiale, ce qui peut entraîner des retards indépendants de notre volonté. Le suivi peut rester inchangé plusieurs jours lorsque le colis est en attente de transport ou de traitement douanier, même s’il continue bien son acheminement.

Au sujet du service client, vos messages ont été envoyés un samedi. Notre équipe, composée exclusivement de personnes et non de réponses automatisées, vous a répondu le lundi matin moins d’une heure aprÚs la reprise. Nous faisons toujours notre maximum pour répondre rapidement, tout en respectant des horaires de travail raisonnables.

Enfin, au sujet de l’abonnement, le Pack SoKawii est en effet proposée sous forme d’abonnement, information clairement indiquée sur la fiche produit ainsi que sur la page dédiée. Cet abonnement est sans engagement et peut être annulé trÚs simplement depuis l’espace client aprÚs la commande initiale. Afin de vous simplifier la démarche, nous avons procédé nous-mêmes à l’annulation de votre abonnement.

My parcel arrived quickly and without any issues, and the customer service was friendly and super helpful.
If you love Japanese vibes or you’re looking for unique, high-quality items, this shop is absolutely worth checking out. Highly recommended!

The seller gave me a japanese snack as a bonus, it was heartwarming but I think the doodle he drew was better, to communicate from the other side of the world like this is a priviliege I am very thankful for, it was also neat to read a japanese newspaper, I love this communication I had

Womöglich das beste Abonnement, was ich dieses Jahr abgeschlossen habe

Ich habe auf Instagram eine Werbung gesehen, wo eine Maomao Figur zu sehen war und wollte sie unbedingt haben.
Ein Freund und ich haben daraufhin beschlossen uns eine Nihonbox zum ausprobieren zu bestellen.
Leider war zu dem Zeitpunkt die Apothecary Diaries Lizenz nicht mehr da (wahrscheinlich gab es keine Figuren mehr), also habe ich mich fÃŒr Naruto entschieden.

Die Box kam 2 Wochen nach dem Zeitpunkt des Verschickens an und ich bekam eine Itachi Figur, ÃŒber die ich mich sehr freute.
Der Wert der Figur deckte bereits die 38 Euro fÃŒr die Box ab, aber man bekam auch kleine japanische Snacks und Dekorationen mit.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung und freue mich nÀchsten Monat auf meine Apothecary Diaries Figur!
