I am sorry to hear of the issues experienced.

Unfortunately we do not have our own courier service, therefore rely on third party delivery companies to deliver parcels to our customers when expected. If there is a delay to the delivery of any items we will however do whatever we can to put it right for the customer.

A full delivery refund was issued as soon as we were made aware of the delivery delay. In addition to this we have also passed our comments on to DPD.

Hi Keith, thanks for your feedback. Wherever there is wifi, there is a cost attached it it. Instead of incorporating these costs into the Club prices elsewhere, you're given the option as to whether you'd like wifi so only those that specifically want to use it, pay towards it. This means that all the members trying to escape the likes of technology into the great outdoors, can do so without having to pay towards the cost for those who do choose to partake. You'll find that the offers available are for all ages to make sure it's fair for all, not just a select group of members. I hope this helps to alleviate some of your concerns. Our members are at the forefront of everything we do. Long term membership are wonderful and we're very grateful you continue to be part of the Club with us, we'll aim to make sure there is a reason you keep renewing your membership and feeling the benefits of the Club. ~Chelsie
