See, that’s what the app is perfect for.

Sounds perfect Wahhhh, I don’t wanna

Hopefully Final Pinned Post

After purging all of my initial side blogs due to not really feeling any interest in doing anything with them, I have replaced them with an Undertale/Deltarune focused side blog and a Warrior Cats focused side blog, currently these do not have anything to differentiate them from bots but this will change in time.

Undertale side blog (new home for all of my UT/DR AUs): @jutpa-ut

Warrior Cats side blog (new home for all of my WC AUs): @jutpa-wc

Any other AU ideas I end up randomly getting: @jutpa-random

the closest one is my pencil case with all my drawing implements I mean technically I can buy new ones but WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO ME????? (I tend to have a mentality of wanting to use a single item for as long as I can before discarding it) I've never been happier that my plush collection is on my right in 90% of cases where I'm using my phone and man am I glad that if I were answering this on my computer that everything I wouldn't want gone would also be on my right All this to say that if I a poll for my RIGHT side ever appears on my dashboard then I'm going to kill someone

OHHHHH maces work the way they do because they use a breeze rod for crafting!!!! wait!!!! thats so smart!!!! its because of the breeze rod being part of the handle that maces have the same effect as wind charges when you hit something after falling from up high!!!!!!

sycamorality

something about the heavy core combined with a breeze rod gives that effect when hitting stuff while falling. maybe the heavy core hitting against something while the wielder is falling causes enough pressure/force on the handle to the point it reacts like a wind charge

My personal interpretation would be less “literally just Cocoapowder” and more “Chara rapidly learning to respect Clover’s goals and assist them in accomplishing then in whatever way they can” because that’s how I interpret their actions in Undertale’s genocide route (except at the end of vengeance they wouldn’t destroy the world because they would know that Clover is doing this to avenge the previous fallen children and prevent further tragedy, they’d still be at LOVE 20 by the end though (and may have even made a few of the fights easier) so I could see them offering to completely wipe out the Underground in a single strike to permanently remove the monster threat, though they probably would be comfortable with no for an answer in this case as Clover could still act to prevent further tragedy through informing the rest of humanity and the fallen children’s deaths were already avenged via Asgore getting vaporised)

undertale undertale yellow uty clover chara dreemurr undertale genocide genocide route vengeance route “oh we're wiping out the entire world to reach the absolute yeah sure I can do that” “oh we're avenging the deaths of the previous fallen children by killing the perpetrators ok that works for me”

In the 10th Anniversary Stream, it was revealed that humanity lost the ability to do magic after creating the Barrier.

image

So what does this say about Clover?

image

With zero training, Clover can fire magic bullets of varying intensity, enter people's memories, dash at superspeeds while phasing through enemy attacks, perform healing magic on himself, and possibly even more in the future.

Clover isn't just a powerful mage. He's a powerful mage in an era where no mage should exist.

And I feel like that's not talked about enough.

Undertale Yellow’s broad plot was written before that lore drop existed. Hell, Undertale Yellow existed before that lore drop existed.

Humans being able to perform magic already existed through Glitchtale, and as much as I hate to acknowledge its existence, it was a pretty big AU in it’s heyday, and would’ve definitely influenced a lot of people.

If I made an AU focusing on the justice soul pre-10th anniversary stream there would be no questions about giving them the ability to shoot magic bullets. And everything else is either there for the plot or there because it’s cool. Dashing was there so that new attack types could be brought in that couldn’t be dodged with the base UT moveset, entering people’s memories is just a reference to when Frisk sort of does that in the Asriel fight and primarily serves to add further depth to Martlet’s and especially Ceroba’s characters while also filling in the blanks on major plot details in the case of the pacifist Ceroba fight.

So, no. Clover isn’t a powerful mage in a time when mages shouldn’t exist. They’re just a powerful mage.
