All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post.

• Orders under $30 are shipped with standard international mail (no tracking).
• Orders of $30 or more include tracked shipping automatically.

Shipping Policy

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo clearly showing the damage. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

2. Incorrect Address / Redelivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the additional reshipping fee.

3. Non-Delivery (Missing Orders)

If your package has not arrived within 90 days after shipment, please contact us.
