Who are you?
You are birdy. Birdy is a puffin. Birdy needs money for pilot's school. You decided to take a summer job looking after your uncles' cacti popup-shop located in Cacti-Canyons Nature Reserve.
What do you do?
Explore the island, grow some cacti, speak to the local inhabitants, and sell enough cacti to afford pilot's school.
- 10 non-player characters to speak to.
- 6 quests to complete.
- 30+ collectables to discover.

Hello! I am Kyson, the creator of untitled puffin game. I started this project less than two weeks ago for Chill-Jam 13 and have spent every day since crafting this little world for you to enjoy.
Though the game is complete in its current state, I plan to expand the game with more complex dialog options, more in depth quest mechanics, a larger island packed with things to do, and a heavier focus on the narrative. Eventually this project will be finding its own [unique] name, and you may expect a commercial release.
I welcome all feedback to make this world the best it can be.
PS: I HIGHLY recommend playing using an XBOX CONTROLLER!

I liked Short hike game, and your game looks awesome!
I love the art! It's super charming and pleasant to look at!
The sound effects are really nice and add a lot to the game; super satisfying!
The general gameplay does feel slightly repetitive, though with expansion and additional mechanics I believe it could become sufficiently fun.
I enjoyed the exploration; the flying feels really good. Though I must admit; I really did not enjoy the platforming, it felt clunky, tedious and annoying. If the game centred more around flying, I believe that would make the exploration a lot more fun.
Loved the exploration and shopping experience!
