Shipping Info
All orders are packed and shipped from the UK via Royal Mail First Class (UK 24 & International Priority).

Estimated Shipping Times
• UK: 1 working day
• EU: 2–5 working days
• Rest of World: 5–7 working days

These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. While most orders arrive within these windows, delays can occasionally occur due to local postal services or circumstances beyond our control. Royal Mail only considers a package lost after 28 days, so refunds or replacements can only be processed once that period has passed.

All UK orders include a tracking number, provided with your shipping notification. No signature is required on delivery.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship to arrive as soon as possible after the official release date. Please note that any additional items in your cart will be held and shipped together once all products are available. Release dates are subject to change.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you’ve received a shipping notification but your order hasn’t arrived, please check the estimated delivery times above before getting in touch. In many cases, parcels are held at a local delivery centre following an unsuccessful delivery attempt — and sometimes no notice is left. We recommend checking with your local postal depot first.

If you still haven’t received your package after this, please contact us directly and we’ll help resolve it.
Return Policy
All records are checked and packed carefully before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and I’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

If you ordered through Bandcamp, the easiest way to reach me is by replying directly to your Bandcamp order confirmation email, or by contacting me through your Bandcamp fan account order page. You can also email me directly at [your email address] with your order number, a short note about the issue, and a photo if the item is damaged.

If a replacement is available, I’ll send one out at no extra cost. If not, you’ll be offered a full refund including your original shipping fee.

Please note:
• Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
• I can’t accept returns for opened or used records unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
