Summary: Fulfilling the prompt from karlyfr13s - Smutty CS
notion: sweet duckling Princess Emma stumbles on Dark Hook and is too
intrigued for her own good…there are some things she just won’t tell
Queen Snow 😉
A/N: Sorry for the big delay getting this chapter posted. Between irl stuff, Halloweek, exhaustion from work, and other things going on rn, CaS(CaH) kind of got unintentionally set aside, as much as I love writing it. But I’ve finally remembered to change the chapter total to a question mark because yes there will be even more Dark Hook Duckling sexiness and maybe a dash more of plot as it goes along, and I’m not sure how much there will be yet. I have chapter 4 mostly written and a start to a chapter 5, but I need to get myself back into the mindset for this fic when I’m able to focus better again. I’ve also got several OS wips I’m bouncing between in the meantime to keep words flowing.
Emma gets a bit of revenge in this chapter for what the Dark One did at the end of Chapter 2, so hopefully that makes up for everyone having to wait for more. lol
Thank you again to @karlyfr13s for the original prompt, and a huge shoutout and lots of love to @veryverynotgoodwrites for continuing to beta this fic.

There he is.
After endless weeks of raging hormones and dissatisfaction, Emma
finally found him again, seated in the opposite corner of the tavern as
she entered discreetly. She knew he’d seen her as he stood and turned
toward the exit, glancing back over his shoulder and waggling a brow at
her before he walked out the door.
Oh no. He was not getting away this time.
Emma immediately left the way she’d entered and stalked around the building, and this time it was she who had surprised him.
“Just where do you think you’re going, Captain?” she asked, her sword
at his throat as she backed him against the wall of the building. She
tried to keep her tone threatening, but he only seemed amused.
“I’ve already had my refreshments, so I thought I’d return to my
ship,” he answered simply, smirking as he leaned into the blade and
watched the way she swallowed as she attempted to steel her resolve.
“Unless you’ve other plans for me, perhaps?”
“As a matter of fact, I do.” Emma angled her sword, teasing behind
his ear with the honed edge without departing from his neck. “I’m not
waiting any longer, Dark One.”
“Ooh,” he cooed, “you’re an insatiable little wench, aren’t you?” The
Dark One raised his arms in sarcastic surrender and held Emma’s gaze as
he took a confident step forward, forcing her backward as he called her
bluff until her back hit the adjacent wall. “Can’t get enough of the
Dark One, can you?” His hand shot to hers, the hilt secure in both of
their grasps as he guided the blade under her chin, her jaw quivering
despite her stubborn attempts to show only strength. “What must your
mother and father think of their sweet little princess?” Flames raged
behind his eyes, but he’d ignited a fire in hers as well.
“They’ve had their share of adventures. I’m entitled to mine.” Her
defensive tone visibly excited him, and Emma tried to ignore the sting
of falling into his trap as she continued. “My choices are exactly that:
mine. And I want what I was promised.”
Laughter bubbled up from within him, clearly entertained as he
lowered and sheathed her sword, his hand moving from the hilt to her hip
as he pulled her close.
“Who am I to deny the crown? Besides a pirate, of course.” He tipped
her head back as the curve of his hook brushed across her forehead and
stopped at her temple. “I’ll give you what you want and more, my
darling. But tell me,” his mouth met hers for a moment before making its
way to her pulse point, “shall we return to my ship where you can
scream to your heart’s content while I ravish you, or shall we go back
inside and claim a room so that everyone can hear how you fall apart for
your Captain?” He nuzzled and nipped at her neck as his hand gently
traveled up and down her back, and for a moment she almost wanted to
have him there in the daylight.
“Inside,” she answered, impatient and breathless. “I want them to hear how the Dark One
falls apart for his princess.” She could feel his grin, could feel the
rumble of his growl against her skin before he leaned back and offered
her his arm.
“As you wish, my dear.”
