According to Department of Justice’s official policy on use of force - quite literally first thing it lists is:

“Deadly force may not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect.”

Kristi Noem going on national presser and stating that murderer did what he was “trained” to do is objectively and literally incorrect and by DOJ’s own guidelines indefensible.

Saw on FB earlier today a soft spoken woman addressing ICE Agents and asking if their bosses had briefed them on 18 USC Section 242, which makes it a crime to deprive a person of their rights “under color of law”, with additional elements like kidnapping while armed resulting in sentences with a maximum of life in prison - specifically addressed to people like ICE Agents, and that qualified immunity applies only to civil matters and does not protect from criminal charges.

Having their names and addresses will make arrests and prosecutions much easier when the time comes, as it will.

Republican racism and Jim Crow prejudice were a blueprint for Nazi Germany.

Sending troops to Blue States and Blue Cities is MAGA using the Nazi playbook.

Immigration is not the issue. White supremacy is the issue, and Republicans will destroy black communities to inflame emotions.

Conservatives have lost all hope. They bet all their chips on Trump and the Faustian gamble is going bust.

We are just beginning to learn about how ICE falsify information and kidnap the wrong person.

Republicans have collectively, from all three branches of government, to SCOTUS, to FBI, to DHS, to the Pentagon, to ICE, on a very personal level, been indoctrinated to hate.

How can you explain the disdain for the Constitution by Ivy-league SCOTUS connecting with black-hearted racism in smalltown America so effortlessly.

How can all different types of conservatives from many backgrounds, levels of wealth, different hardships, and varied paths, all connect on concentration camps for the people who work so hard, prepare food, grow food, pick food, deliver our food, run endless restaurant kitchens, maintain our homes, maintain our yards, take care of our kids, go to christian churches, pay taxes, [along withthousands of other examples], and exude every decent quality of humanity and family life?

Ethnic cleansing of our Latino brothers and sisters by a fascist Republican Party headed by a rapist, child molesting, tax cheat, and doddering business fraud is truly demonic.
