Meanwhile, Ratigan is sitting up straight, his chest puffed out and head held high with a smug smile on his face. He clearly has the power in this situation. I also gave him a cane because… I mean… why not? xD

I honestly am having trouble being consistent with Ratigan’s costume design. The dude is EXTREMELY picky. Like, omg. If you ever become a costume designer, DON’T let HIM be your customer. Granted he pays extremely well. o3o
