sometimes u just get this weird anxiety and anxious thoughts for no reason for hours then try to hide it while knowing this aint healthy and then you get hungry at 01.30 am and then you suddenly feel less anxious but angry bc u r hungry but u cant eat since ur fam would think this is weird asf and unhealthy so u just try to sleep like they expected u to do it hours ago.
