My name is Angel or Sessha! I’m bodily in my 30s but I’d put myself more between 3-7 somewhere… I’m self-diagnosed AuDHD cuz stuff just started to make sense once I looked deeper. I’ve been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and I’ve been age dreaming/regressing since I was in college, but probably longer cuz I’ve always felt and acted younger than a lot of my friends and a lot of other kids growing up. It’s in my code!

• Fairy or twinkle lights
• Nightlights
• Glow stars on the ceiling/walls
• Color changing bulbs you can dim
• Lava lamps for older kiddos

Things that INSTANTLY ++++ the smol factor can be…

• Character or cute kids bedding (they usually make these up for to size full beds)
• Displaying and storing your toys, arts n crafts supplies, sensory items, etc where you can see them (I visual stim off my toys n other lil items a lot so I like doing this)
• Kids/nursery wall appliqués (easy to install and remove if needed)
• A cute playroom/nursery rug or playmat

Cozy Decor

If you’re stuggling to make your space feel as lil as you are then adding cozy decor really helps! Cozy decor depends on what you feel is cozy but can be as simple as adding…

• Stuffies organized about in various spots
• Faux flowers or greenery around some of your lighting
• Adding miniature figurines (lil porcelain ones, mini collectibles from bling bags, small toys, etc)
• Check out the kids decor section in stores and see what you like
• Smol n small lil pictures you printed n framed (ex. Finding pictures in your lil aesthetic online n printing n framing… Alt. to frames can be putting a tape or paper border round the perimeter of picture n using a tack to hang so it’s movable)
