I have gotten several messages from my followers asking for money. These accounts don’t appear to be fakes- they look like they’ve been taken over by someone who doesn’t own the blog. From the looks of it, a LOT of people have been affected.
Make sure to secure your account. Don’t use the same password for any two websites. The most secure passwords are 16 random letters & numbers.
If you’d like to start making your passwords more secure but would have trouble remembering, consider LastPass. It remembers passwords for you and can insert them into the login page for any website. I personally use it and love the continence and security benefits.
And remember, never send money to anyone online. (It’s actually a bad idea to lend money to friends in general! I’ve seen a LOT of friendships ruined over asking to lend money and promising to pay it back, but never doing so.)

The only place I know where to get them is factory direct from China, and they have a minimum order of 1,000 pieces (in other words, $200-$400.). I wish I had a better answer, but I can’t imagine the profit margins being lucrative enough for any sellers to be interested.
