I’m very middle of the road when it comes to shipping Camp Camp characters. When it comes to the kids, I’m more in the ballpark of “mutual friendship/understanding” rather than “romantic relations” seeing as: 

a.) They are young kids and probably have very different views on romance and the subject of love entirely(i.e. Eggs Benefit and to an extent Parent Day).

and

b.) It’s kinda weird and a little bit gross for me to think of small kids in a full-blown romantic relationship. It just doesn’t feel right to me, especially considering that we don’t know the exact ages of these kids(other than Max who’s, like, 10).

Like for example, in DimensionsAU, Neil and Max do have a relationship, but it’s less of a “pure romantic relationship” and more of a “mutual bromance”; even with them being slightly aged up(and before you grab your pitchforks, they are 15 and 12 respectively; Dimensions! Max is literally 2 years older than Canon! Max) I can’t ever see them be into being in any sort of romantic relationship. And while there are AUs were the kids are older, it’s all about character interpretation. Ones headcanon of an older Max could be completely different from another, which while I have some idea of what they might be in to, I personally don’t have any at the moment. 

I’ve stated in the past that I mostly ship the adults(i.e. Gwenvid), and I still stand by that. Oh, and not a fan of underaged ships, just no. ew.
